“BEACH NUTTS”

A GORGEOUS/BRAND NEW FIRST FLOOR CONDO LOCATED ON THE BEACH.... no elevators , just park and walk in!
COMPLETELY RENOVATED and ready to rent for 2020. There’s been no cost spared here; 2 new FULL bathrooms, new kitchen , new floors, NEW EVERYTHING , and a private outdoor deck for watching the world go by too.

Our condo is located at the “Crystal Sands Condo Complex” in the heart of Crystal Beach, Destin, FL 😎🌮

The master bedroom has a custom made king bed with a double bunk over the top of the king...this room can accommodate up to 4 (sleeps 4)
Enjoy your own private bathroom, ALL BRAND NEW, with coastal appointments and a one-of -a-kind live edge tree slab for a vanity top with a beautiful vessel sink bowl.
Plenty of storage room, nooks and cubby’s for your personal items.

The hallway boasts 3 twin-over-twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 3), and a long corridor displaying port hole windows reminiscent of a ship.

The hallway also leads you to the second full bathroom and laundry area. Here too is a beautiful slab vanity with vessel top, all new shower and ample storage for your personal items.

Our coastal kitchen is spectacular and has all the essentials needed for preparing a snack, dinner, or your favorite cocktail🍾. Plenty of bar seating is available around the granite counter top and additional seating around the ONE-OF-A-KIND BICYCLE DINING TABLE featuring another live-edge epoxied tree slab table top that was custom made for us... it’s really cool !

The gathering/living room is very coastal/modern featuring a leather sofa bed couch (sleeps 2) with 2 leather accent chairs and a custom made reclaimed wood coffee table. The room has ship-lap walls and ceilings, fiber optic accent lighting, a huge ceiling fan, a mirrored wall that reflects the beach and Gulf of Mexico, a 60” wall mounted tv.... but best of all, sliding doors to our MAGNIFICENT BEACH and emerald blue waters that makes DESTIN a great vacation destination!
4 Beach chairs are provided for your 50 step walk to the beach and an outdoor patio table with seating provides you with the best seats on the beach for people watching.

Being the owner operator and a builder back home, I am always available for you to answer questions or troubleshoot anything that may arise.

Great location! Literally 50 steps to the beach as stated in description. So many folks taking family pics on the beach and even 2 weddings right on the beach. Beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset from the porch!

Fantastic Time

Everything was just as it was listed. Owner was great to work with and was more than cordial. The only thing renters need to be aware of is you can not use personal umbrellas or pop ups as the beach area is private. Thus you must rent from the beach rental company. And of course it is pricey. If you choose to use your personal beach umbrellas you will be required to go to the public beach area.

Nice place!

All was good except for the sliding door to the patio. It would stick when opening or closing and you would have to lift it to get it to move. Very difficult. Also the condo above had two dogs barking and running. Hard enough to shake the ceiling fan. Can’t control other tenants. They apologized. But we couldn’t sit on patio due to aggressive barking at us. We left a day early due to the issues.

Great place

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the ease of being able to walk right out to the beach without elevators and lots of stairs. Our girls loved the room decorations and the bunks. The pool was right out of the front door so we didn’t waste any time being able to get to the beach or pool. A September stay was very laid back and not as many people so we had the pool to ourselves several times. I wish the master bed had a softer mattress but my husband thought it was fine. Overall we are could definitely recommend and go back.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Very modern and comfortable. The first level is great, you can walk right out onto the beach. Quiet, chill place to relax. Located in a great neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, Chuck, the owner, was very helpful. He even provided restaurant recommendations. The condo has 2 bathrooms which made it easier to have our own space. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a chill beach vacation.

Excellent family vacation spot - beautiful view!!!!

Excellent spot right off the beach that was perfect for our large family with a beautiful view. So nice to be able to walk right to the beach from the back patio. The 2 bathrooms helped tremendously with a large group. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Destin with your family!!!
