HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.

Our family lives Grand Caribbean East!! This unit was very cleaned and had very cute details. Great views of the ocean.

Wonderful!!

We booked this condo last minute and it was amazing! We walked into a nicely coolded place with music was playing. The condo spelled good and was spotless! It had everything we needed and even beach views from the back patio. The beach access was just across the street and was an easy walk. Would totally stay again in the future!

Surf Shack A

Great stay at a great location. Hot tub was awesome since there aren’t many in Destin. Property was very clean and the host was incredible. Host offered to drop a package off to property (contacts were forgotten at home). Only thing that could be better (and this goes for most properties like this) is that the code for entry is pretty long and takes time to memorize and has to be entered every time to enter the property.

The condo was nice, clean, and decorated cute. There’s a pretty view of the ocean from the third floor. *Note there are no elevators so you will be using the stairs a lot. The walk was nice and short across the street to the public beach entrance. Extremely crowded at this entrance given it’s a small strip of public beach with private complexes on either side you are not allowed to use. The pull out couch was nice to have, but was filthy which wasn’t preferable to find at bedtime on night 1. The complex was also host to young, just graduated from high school kiddos who were there unsupervised letting their friends into the pool area. While during the day we just had to deal with our kids hearing their inappropriate language to one another at the pool, the evenings particularly middle of the night, were rough on a couple of the nights. They would congregate at the pool until 2 AM or later screaming and being extremely loud. Being so close to the pool, it was very disruptive to sleep. Overall, a nice condo in a nice location if you stay with other respectful tenants.

Top Notch Accommodations!

Everything about this property was just as described. This was our 4th year in a row staying in the Grand Caribbean condo complex and this unit outshined the others we stayed at. My wife and I were here 10 days and hopefully will be able to return to this same unit on our next trip to Destin. The unit included all the essentials needed as well as ample supply of extras. Upon checkin we discovered an electrical outlet not functioning but with one simple call to management it was quickly repaired. The condo has an extra large covered porch where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning with a direct view of the ocean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
