The song of the surf is calling but there is no need to hold a shell up to your ear! This Destin vacation condo is so incredibly close to the shore of the Gulf that its melody fills the entire rental. Situated on the first floor, simply step through the sliding glass doors onto the furnished patio and there your Destin beach adventure awaits. Or, go any direction out the front door to discover dozens of shops and restaurants…it’s all so close!

A rare opportunity to be so near to the water, Crystal Sands 103A is incredibly welcoming... a deep appreciation for tropical coastlines like Destin is evident in the calming beach decor. Designed for those with limited mobility in mind, wide doorways, clean tile floors and a wheelchair accessible shower with three shower heads allows this beachfront condo to be enjoyed by all. Plus, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer and upgraded finishings will make you feel just as comfy as a hermit crab in its shell.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


Crystal Sands is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vapes, smokeless cigarettes, and e-cigarettes are not permitted in the condo, on the grounds, balconies, patios, parking lots, or the beach.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Another fantastic stay at Crystal Sands! The condo was everything we wanted for a beach trip and you can’t beat the walk out beach access! Close to all Destin has to offer with the benefits of a private beach and beach service. The large, newly renovated shower was perfect to get cleaned up after a long day in the sun. Perfect location!!! Nice house. Exactly as described. The only con is there is no cabinet storage in the full bathroom so you have to get your towels from the half bath in the master bedroom in the back before taking a shower but really it was no big deal, however, there is some space under the sink to add a shelf or two for towels All that said, it was a great place to stay directly on the beach without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Pros: Great View & Location. Clean. Just renovated. Comfortable bed. Cons: Was renovated for a Handicap person. Only one love seat to sit in. Was not what was pictured before we booked. Several switches (electrical) didn't work. Not a problem but we couldn't turn on the lights without also having fan run. Couldn't stop the fan without turning off lights. Owner needs to make sure renters know about the renovations!!! Only two of us, so this was ok but if one other person is there, no where to sit and watch TV. Overall very nice condo and location. Just needs more correct information.

Pros:The best part about this place is definitely the location— just steps away from the beach was a huge plus!Cons:The space was much smaller than it appears in the photos.It had a weird old smell to the condo. There’s NO closet space for additional guests, which made it difficult when you have 2 teenage girls! The only closet was a very small closet in the master bedroom, which was very crowded being the washer and dryer was there. Only one person at a time could be in there at a time. The master bedroom is located right next to the exterior walkway and pool, so you can hear everything outside. At night, the exterior light shines directly into the room, making it difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains would make a big difference.The main hall bathroom has no storage at all—there aren’t even hooks to hang towels or clothes.The kitchen table is oversized for the space, which makes it hard to open the refrigerator fully. We had to shift the table slightly, but couldn't move it too much without blocking the walkway to the living room.Side note:The property management team was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything—much appreciated! Thank you for that!
