The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, gulf views and balcony access! With a queen bed in the guest bedroom, this lovely condo sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

**A building-wide floor resurfacing project will begin in early October 2023 and conclude in late January 2024. Occupants of Pelican Beach Resort may hear grinding during the work hours from 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm daily Monday through Friday, with a possibility of some Saturdays.

Pelican Beach Resort offers all the amenities you’d expect in a luxurious resort condominium! This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. I’m sure you’ll agree, Pelican Beach Resort has everything you’re looking for in a beach vacation condo!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Pelican Beach Resort is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

Stay was great, the weather did not want to cooperate, but still had a good time. The only downside was not being allowed to take our own beach chairs to the waters edge and having to rent one if you want one close

Beautiful Gulf of Mexico Stay

Destin beach and ocean beautiful. Nice size clean pools and hot tubs but very family centered, lots of kids so not any in pool time for our adult group. But nice lounging around pools with plenty chaise lounges. Tiki beach bar great, good food in Cafe not cheap but to be expected in this area.

This condo has a great location both to the beach and amenities outside of the property. We were able to easily access everything with our 18 month old daughter and it was quiet enough that her sleep was never affected!
