Just a short walk away, you’ll find access to the Emerald Coast’s famous white-sand private beach via a convenient pavilion entrance. Continue a bit further and enjoy complimentary beach service at Dunes of Destin, including two chairs and an umbrella (available March through October), making it easy to relax by the water every day of your stay.

The property itself offers a private, peaceful setting designed for ultimate relaxation. A heated pool provides year-round enjoyment, while outdoor amenities like a putting green and fire pit create the perfect space for gathering and unwinding. Inside, there’s something for everyone—including a fully equipped basement entertainment area with a bar, arcade games, ping pong, cornhole, and Connect 4 for those laid-back indoor days.

With five ensuite bedrooms and six bathrooms, this home is ideal for families, large groups, celebrations, or team retreats. There’s ample space for everyone, plus parking for up to five vehicles—an added bonus in an area where parking can be limited.

Looking to explore? The Destin Harbor, just 2.5 miles away, offers charter fishing, pontoon and jet ski rentals, and a variety of restaurants and attractions.

Guests have full access to the entire property. Additionally, a community pool is located just outside the gate for those who wish to enjoy it. To maintain privacy and security, wristbands are required for private beach access from March through October and are provided just inside the main entry.

This house was the perfect house for our annual girls trip! We had 17 ladies in this house with plenty of room to move about the house!! Bedrooms were very nice and beds comfortable! Perfect home for a girls trip weekend! We had 10 friends flying in for an annual get together and the location was great - within 30 minutes from VPS. We had a chef in for a lovely dinner at the house, spent a morning walking to and on the beach near by and spent an afternoon hanging by the pool and hot tub. The communication before our stay was wonderful- updates with the link to the online guest book with all the details provided. We didn't have any kids with us but it was a very kid friendly home with a basement full of games. Would highly recommend this home and stay again.

This was an absolutely beautiful home. We had a few issues but the response was top notch and everything attended to quickly. We did make a list of a few things needing to be fixed within the home as there is no way of the owner to know these things unless shared. Bachelorette weekend!
