Great location. The first and second floor ice machines were out of order. Had to go to the 3rd floor for ice. The breakfast was ok. Just wished they would use real eggs instead of powder ones. Otherwise a good stay.

Bathroom was dirty and the shampoo and shower gel were completely empty. Staff at the front desk was less than friendly.

Would not recommend.

Front desk was super nice, unfortunately upon entering the hotel room we noticed what looked like poop on the wall and ceiling. In the bathroom looked to be a piece of a fake nail. We checked out right after that and found a different hotel. With 3 kids, 1 crawling I didn’t feel it was sanitary to have kids there.

One thing that I was disappointed in was the breakfast. The orange juice was very bitter. There was no milk, chocolate milk, regular milk that you could take out of the fridge in a carton. The container of milk on the counter for cereal was empty the sausage patty which I’m assuming that’s what it was Did not even resemble sausage and a taste was not very good at all. Stayed at many Hamptons before this one was definitely not my favorite.

This hotel was in a good location. There appeared to be trash around the facility. Pool did not look clean. Breakfast tables were all dirty. Appeared there wasn’t enough staff.

My family and I will never stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Destin, Florida again. It was dirty, not well kept, the towels for the pool were of awful quality and were so small, they might as well been wash cloths! The rooms had the doors all scratched up and paint scraped off. This place should be $150 per night not $300. That’s a joke. Do a lot better, Hilton. A lot.
