Harbor Landing 201A - Beautiful 3 BR End unit with huge balconies

This richly decorated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath can sleep 8 with ease. Offering the best of both worlds, located directly on the Destin Harbor and across the street and just a short walk from the beautiful emerald coast beach.

Spacious elegance and a stunning view of the harbor is what you see as soon as you enter this condo. The open floorplan boasts a large open living room with oversized sofas, a large Smart T.V., DVD player and cable television. The adjoining dining area has a large dining table for six. Additional seating for four is just steps away at the kitchen bar. The unit has free and secure wi-fi access.



The kitchen is well equipped with lots of counter space, full sized appliances, culinary tools, cookware and tableware. Outside near the docks are grills and tables that may be used for great outdoor cooking.

Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and has a full bath, ceiling fan and flat screen T.V. The first bedroom is seashore themed, has a queen sized bed, access to a private balcony and a view of the beach across the street. The second bedroom is vibrant and colorful and has two double beds.

The luxurious master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and delightful views of the harbor through a large window and a private entrance to the balcony. The en suite master bath is outfitted with double vanities, a large shower and a separate jetted spa tub.

On the oversized, wrap around balcony you can enjoy the activity in the harbor. Perfect for boat watching or eating el fresco. It is perfect for viewing beautiful sunsets and seasonal fireworks. Hurry and book up 201A today, no weekly minimum and winter guests are accepted!

I would give the condo a10 but staying people that make you feel your not wanted i would rat

The office staff were very nice. The owners in the building and the management over the building was very racist the people that lives in the building is not welcoming at all. We were harassed about several things one guy came to the door to complain about my luggage rack he threaten to have my car towed with a parking pass in the window he was so rude . Not one person spoke to us even when we went out our way to be nice. I personally wouldn't advise any African american to stay here . It's very unwelcoming .the staff in the office was outstanding. But they are not located on the property. The condo it really nice.

Perfect condo!

The condo was so nice and perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean, close to the beach, great pool and hot tub, and quick and easy communication from the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful time here! The property was very quiet and well kept, and our unit everything we needed for our time. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location close to lots of restaurants and right across from the beach! Checkin and check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place, and hope to be back soon!

Great rental

We enjoyed the view of the boat docks and the unit was very nice and clean. We felt very safe in the gated parking lot and there was plenty of space to park.
