Note from the owner: To protect your vacation investment (and ours), we do not rent outside of a rental platform and VRBO handles all payments. Thank you! **Please note there are renovations taking place on the outside of the condo building until December 2025. There may be some noise between 8-5 and walkways marked off.***

This second floor 3 br 2 ba unit is family friendly- no need to wait on the elevator if you don’t want to. Because we are a family listing, we have a strict rental age policy and require individuals age 25 or older to be present at all times.

The master suite features a king sized bed, large closet, private bath and smart tv. It also has balcony access. You can wake up to the sound of the ocean waves! A second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom. It also has a smart tv. A third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin and double beds. This room is perfect for multiple children.

The stylish living room has a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and a large smart tv.

The balcony offers chaise lounges, chairs and tables to allow you to watch the sunset, enjoy the sight of the palm trees and listen to the ocean waves! (Note: the exact view from the condo is provided in the listing pics- this is not an ocean view unit)

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There are plenty of cooking supplies if you decide to eat in!

We also have several beach chairs and available for use or you can rent chairs on the beach (for a fee). Please note at Sterling Shores (much like other Destin condos), chairs will have to be set behind the rented chairs.

The unit includes a laundry room with a full washer and dryer- no need to go to a common space to wash clothes.

Wifi is included. There will be towels and bedding for the number of people on the reservation- up to the maximum of 9 people. We provide an initial supply of toiletries (except shampoo), soap, trash bags, etc for your stay!

Perfect stay!!

This property is beautiful and CLEAN. I was worried about staying in a condo with little ones but it was fully stocked with all of the essentials we needed. Close to everything you need and the heated pool and beach was great. I would stay here again!

So close to the beach

Best Stay at Sterling Shores

We have stayed at Sterling Shores complex several times and we always enjoy the complex amenities, pools, gorgeous beach close to nearby attractions. But this was by far our favorite unit. The lay out was perfect for our group and we could have comfortably fit a few more people in there without feeling cramped or on top of each others. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials and the bonus beach chairs and toys were great for going to the beach everyday!

Family gathering

Small family gathering space enough for 4 of us on the beach. Clean, affordable, plenty of extras for us to enjoy cooking or going out to eat and stuff to hit the beach for the afternoon. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen that’s all you will need to enjoy your stay.

Extended Family Vacation

We just left and had an amazing stay. My husband, myself, two toddlers and my parents all stayed and never once felt crowded. These hosts have thought of absolutely everything! Everyday my mom would notice something new and be so impressed they thought to include it. Ranging from beach toys &chairs, to a kitchen with Tupperware to pack beach snacks and even a mixer if you were planning on baking! There was a pack n play which worked perfect when my older son didn’t want to sleep in the big boy bunk beds anymore after a couple of nights. The in unit washer & dryer was awesome to help cut back on amount we packed and amount of dirty clothes coming home. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Destin!

A Wonderful Experience!!

The purpose for our visiting was to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday...and she was not disappointed. The property was simply beautiful!! From the color scheme to the furnishing to the decor! It for exceeded my expectations. Everything we needed was provided. Erin and Mike were awesome in that they quickly responded to our questions. I look forward to future stays at this prppety.

Erin was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. Check-in worked at exactly 4:00pm. The condo was very clean and well stocked
 and well decorated. đŸ€— The start-up supplies provided were also great.. and we actually made it through almost the entire week without needing to purchase more. We loved the convenience of the condo being a short walk to the elevator and near the stairs for a quick trip up/down the one floor instead. The beach chairs and beach toys were an added bonus
 so save the space and leave yours at home!! đŸ™ŒđŸŒ We have been coming to SS for years and we feel the location is perfect. Easy and delicious Backporch lunches or dinners with nighttime ice cream, caramel apples or chocolate treats at Candy Maker are the best. Being across the street from Walmart makes it quick and easy to grab any needed supplies. The main pool is wonderful but the convenience of the beachside pool and bathroom is awesome!! We love the beach but it always feels so great to cool off with a quick, refreshing dip in the pool!! 🌮💛 Thank you, Erin, for sharing your space with us!! â˜ș

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The master bedroom was huge, and it was nice to have such a large balcony. We would definitely stay here again. The October weather was absolutely amazing as well!

The condo was great! Nice and clean! Only problem I seen was paths were not very visible due to no lights walking to the ocean! Lights were on the path just not lit! Everything else was great!
