Spectacular Gulf and beach views from this fully renovated and professionally decorated 2BR/2BA beachfront condo. High-end finishes throughout including granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, large custom walk-in shower in master bathroom, custom tub/shower in guest bathroom, tile and carpeting. You'll find a king bed in the master BR, 2 queens in guest BR, and a sleeper sofa in the LR. The unit features 4 flat screen TVs: 65” smart HD TV in LR as well as a Sony home theater system with speakers; 55” HD TV with DVD player in master BR; 46” HD TV and Blu-ray player in guest BR; and 21” TV in kitchen. There's a Kitchen Aide ice maker in the wet bar and an abundance of high-quality patio furniture. A reserved indoor parking space completes this condo. This unit offers free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) New Favorite Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time! Everything was beautiful and very clean. The process to check in and out was very easy. We loved the rocking chairs on the huge balcony. We are already planning our stay for next year!

It was even better in person than the pictures showed. The balcony was our favorite place to be during morning coffee and pop-up rain showers. The beach service was incredibly friendly, and we loved that all the setups were on the front row. The unit was very spacious and the best condo overall of all we've experienced over the years. We can't wait to return!

IDEAL VRBO

This was just ideal--clean, convenient location, beach property was perfect. This unit even had a reserved parking spot in the garage that I didn't notice in the listing. I mean, just perfectly ideal. If I had to offer some comments for improvement, it would be a better pizza cutter and sharper knives. Seriously though, if that's the worst I can come up with, then you should understand this was a perfect place for our family. Everything is updated, the granite counter tops are nice, the view is amazing, this place was great. Thank yOU!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Destin Gulfgate for about 5 yrs , 20 years ago before kids. This establishment does not disappoint. We loved this condo!!! The decor was beachy, the kitchen was fully stocked, they had extra blankets and pillows and loved the 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. This condo has a beautiful view with steps from the beach that include 2 chairs and umbrella. Coming from the beach, you can dip into the pool and then head up to the room. All dining is close and go carts and mini golf are across the street, and the Back Porch is a 2 minute walk on your street. I remember why we loved these condos so much....private beach!!! Not too busy but the teens can walk in either direction and hang with friends. Make this your next stay, you will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great and "as expected" since we have stayed at the complex several times before. Three issues. One elevator was down one day and the other was down the next. This made trips up and down very slow and crowded. Another issue was that one corner of a guest room bed broke when my son-in-law sat on it. The beds were quite firm. I liked them. Others did not. Still, a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation here. It is a great location and we loved the pool for the kids. The only thing that needs to be changed is the couch mattress. Even my 9 year old couldn’t sleep on it and he can sleep anywhere. You could feel every spring in it and there was no fitted sheet. We had arrived Saturday and was unable to get one until Monday. Other than that, the place is a nice set up and roomy. The balcony is so large and provides a beautiful view! We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed this clean and beautifully decorated getaway. The views were gorgeous. We had trouble getting gate to work to get into property, and had trouble getting help. Thankfully we figured out on our own we needed to punch in the code quickly. The master bed was amazing and the second bedroom was good. For the price I would expect more paper products ( tp, paper towels), though there was enough for getting started ( we stayed several days). There were no storage items- bags, foil, Saran Wrap. Again something we’d expect at this price point. That said, we loved the Breathtaking view, And the fact we get two chairs and umbrella on a private beach. It was truly a wonderful place and so very clean!

Reviewer Comments: For future reference, I would like people to ask if I'm allergic to fragrances on the bed covers or blankets. I would love at least a bottle of water on the fridge and probably one or two more toilet papers. I was super grateful that the room was cold and clean.
