Features a private heated pool (pool heat is optional for an additional cost of $45 per day, plus sales tax). Has a Cabana house. Home sleeps 16 in beds/ 2 on sleepers, for a total of 18. The large driveway has parking for 6 cars so parking is never a problem.

Immerse yourself in this professionally decorated beach home that boasts gulf views on all 3 floors, with decks and patios on every floor. The back yard features an OUTDOOR POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, a large gazebo with a bar, barbeque and an outdoor television, a table seating 8, 6 loungers, stainless steel gas grill, extensive landscaping and outdoor hot/cold shower. The house has porcelain tile floors throughout. Fully furnished kitchen features granite countertops with subway tile backsplash all the way to the ceiling, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cookware/utensils. All beds have upgraded mattresses. All bathrooms feature upgraded shower heads.

Golf Cart: Because local companies were charging our guests $165/day for golf carts we decided to do something about it. We went out and bought a fleet of golf carts for all of our houses (Harleman Vacation Rentals), and we now have them available for our guests to rent. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability.

First floor Main House:
-King Bedroom with ensuite bath
-Living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath

Second Floor Main House:
-Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom and an optional futon bed for kids
-King bedroom with ensuite bathroom
-Two twin bunk beds in a bedroom
-A full bathroom in the hallway

Third Floor Main House:
-A loft area with a bunk bed

Cabana House:
-A king bedroom
-A Queen bedroom
-A hallway bathroom which both bedrooms would use

Outdoor Area:

-Barbeque gazebo area with a bar and outdoor television and seating for up to 6.
-Gas firepit with seating
-6 sun loungers
-Outdoor dining table with umbrella
-Jacuzzi
-Ping pong table
-Pool table

The house is located in an incredible location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, coffee shop and more. Directly in front of the house is a 5 mile strand/path that is great for walking, running, biking, and roller blading.

Amenities: Fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, oven, stove, microwave), granite counter tops, and upgraded cookware. Other features include a high capacity washer/ dryer, private pool (may be heated for additional charge), cabana house, 27"-40" LCD TV's in all bedrooms, 55' LCD TV in main house den, child friendly home with pack and play, baby gates, and high chair available at no additional charge. King and queen bedding consists of upgraded mattresses, and luxury bedding ensembles; all sleeper sofas and chairs feature upgraded mattresses; jetted spa tub in master bath; professionally decorated. Large driveway has parking for 6 cars. House has Wi-Fi broadband internet access. Fold-up, tailgating type beach chairs to take to the beach, along with a beach wagon to carry the chairs.

Activities: Beaches, golf, diving, boating, fishing, water parks, swimming, local attractions, fine dining, shopping including one of the largest designer outlet centers in the country. There is also a large playground for children two blocks away that is open to the public.

Area: The Crystal Beach area is located just a few blocks from the popular Destin Commons shopping center. It is bordered on one side by Henderson State Park and on the other side by the Destiny neighborhoods. It is considered by many to be the vacation destination of choice in Destin. It is a family friendly, upscale area within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants, a coffee shop, deli, and spa.

Pool heat: Pool heat is $45 per day plus tax ($315 per week plus tax).

Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking.

Optional Beach service: As a courtesy to guests, we offer a discounted beach service. If you choose this option, vendors will set up two umbrellas and four chairs, Sunday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Many of our guests enjoy this amenity as it guarantees a reserved spot on the beach and does not require you to lug the umbrellas and chairs back and forth yourself. This typically runs between $500-$550 a week, through the vendor. But, because we have a contract with them we offer it to you for the steeply discounted rate of $250 + tax.
