Upon entering the first floor there is a king bedroom with a private bathroom containing a tiled walk-in shower and a guest bunk room featuring two twin over full bunk beds with twin trundles accommodating up to eight guests, a perfect space for kids. The bunk room also has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The main entrance to the home is on the second floor and grants immediate access to an open concept living area. The living area has a large sectional sofa with a built-in queen sleeper sofa and a 75" smart TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop on the island bar, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishware, which is perfect for making delicious meals during your vacation. The dining area includes a large dining table capable of seating 10 and there is seating for an additional four at the breakfast bar. The large, covered balcony, accessible from both the dining area and living areas offers a small dining set and two outdoor sectionals. Perfect spot for an afternoon cat nap. There is a guest bedroom located just off the living area and contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Two primary suites are located on the third floor. The first primary suite is located on the front side of the house and has a private balcony that looks out over the neighborhood and contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The primary bathroom features a garden tub and walk-in shower boasting eight body spray heads and two shower heads. The second primary suite is on the lake side of the home, has a flat-screen TV, large closet, and a large, private balcony with a pool and lake view. The private bathroom features an oversized corner garden tub and a tiled walk-in shower with four body spray heads and two shower heads.

For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48-hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat charge is $50 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas-based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature. This home also has a spillover spa attached to the pool. The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and uses the same heating method.
