The condo comfortably accommodates 3-4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a well-stocked selection of kitchenware. The living area and bedroom are both equipped with new Smart HD TVs with Roku and cable. Stay connected with WIFI throughout the condo, and take advantage of the convenience of a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay with the this being the 2nd time in one year. One down side was did not have internet for the most of our stay, but I understand you gave us the code or what ever for internet, but we are not up on the latest technology but we could go out on the patio and have internet. Overall the property is very good. The property overall is getting a little dated but the location, proximity to the beach and cleanliness make up for it. As mentioned in the reviews the elevators are being upgraded and this will be a big plus when complete. Communication and check in was great!

Great stay

We had a great 4 night stay at this condo, with a wonderful view of the ocean. Paul was extremely responsive to all inquiries I had prior to and during the trip. The condo is close to grocery stores (including Tesla superchargers at Winn Dixie), restaurants, etc. I loved that the pool and beach were very close, which worked out well since we were traveling with a baby. The condo was a good size for a small family, and had all the amenities. Note on the bed - it sits pretty tall!

We had an excellent stay. Only complaint is the elevators were not working and the air at the whole place was not working for the first couple of days but our owners had a portable unit for our room so that was super helpful. Our condo was clean and the pool was excellent. Would stay here again.

Great Condo, Great Views, Great Location

We really enjoyed our week stay at Paul’s condo and the Jetty East resort community. The location of the gulf front property with private drive and gated entry was great. The condo was perfect - very welcoming, peaceful, relaxing beach vibe. Loved our ocean and pool views from the balcony, and the quick and easy access to the pool, beach and large pavilion. Communication with Paul was great- very quick to respond when we had a question. Definitely would stay again and recommend. We enjoyed very much!
