Make yourself at home at this family townhome that sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, living room, full kitchen, full side by side washer and dryer, and fantastic water views! The boat dock right out the back door will accommodate your boat (up to 25 feet), or a boat you rent for the day. (Please note that the boat slip in the picture is home to the family pontoon boat. You will use the dock space along the canal.) Bring your stand up paddle board or kayak, or rent one nearby, and peruse the canals and harbor. Maybe you'll see a dolphin!
You won't have to worry about noisy upstairs neighbors at this two-story home. The main floor hosts the living room, half bathroom, dining area (table plus breakfast bar) and a full size appliance kitchen which includes a gas stove/oven, 4 slice bagel size toaster, and a beverage blender where you and your family can prepare for your day at the beach. Enjoy eating on the back patio or enjoy a refreshing drink at the end of the day while watching boats cruise by during a beautiful sunset. On the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom which hosts a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom, and the second bedroom which houses a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa in the main-floor living room can sleep 2 guests. The driveway has plenty of room for two vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Homeowner's Association DOES NOT ALLOW RV, Boat, Jet Ski, or other Trailer Parking.  We have a list of trailer parking options available upon request. 
This unit accepts monthly rentals and is pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Two dogs allowed.
The town home is conveniently located on Holiday Isle in "Downtown Destin." Enjoy a 1/2 mile walk to public beach access (with parking) or a 2/3 mile walk to beautiful white sand beaches with private access. Catch the Destin Water Taxi (March-Oct) right from the back dock to local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Major grocery retailers and Target are located within an easy drive or bike ride at less than 2 miles away. Bring your clubs and check out one of the many golf courses in Destin and the surrounding areas. Visiting family in the military? Hurlburt Field Air Force Base is 15 miles away and Eglin Air Force Base is 20 miles away.
