Located in the heart of Destin in the beautiful community of Crystal Beach, this beautifully updated vacation getaway offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 17 guests. Our spacious home features an open-concept floorplan, a fully equipped kitchen, four balconies, a newly resurfaced private swimming pool with a furnished patio and a separate cabana house. In addition to all the amazing amenities our home has to offer, guests can enjoy convenience to the area’s most beautiful beaches and nearby attractions. 82 Shirah Street is located a short (2 minute) walk from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and just minutes from the area’s best restaurants, boutique shopping, entertainment, deep sea fishing tours and more.

The main home offers 2,800 square feet of living space and features 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a comfy living area and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry as well as stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens to a spacious dining area where guests can enjoy table seating for 6. Designed with relaxation in mind, the cozy living area offers coastal décor, plush furnishings, an oversized TV and additional high-top table seating for four. The first floor bedroom features a luxurious king bed and offers convenience to a full bath.

The second floor of our beautiful home features a king bedroom as well as a bunk room. The king bedroom features a brand-new bed, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The bunk room offers twin bunk beds, a brand-new queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and balcony access.

The third floor features an open landing area with twin bunk beds and balcony access, a queen bedroom with new queen mattress and balcony access, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The cabana house offers a king bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a cozy couch with a sleeper sofa. For guests’ convenience, there is a walk-in laundry room located on the first floor of the main home and the private pool may be heated upon request.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. *POOL HEATING - If you wish to have the pool heated it is an additional $55/day (duration of the stay required) and must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to arrival day.
