SPC 1034 is a Pet Friendly 1 BR with Free Beach Service for 2!

A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

This colorful 1 bedroom unit sits on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pool. Fully furnished kitchen, living room / dining area with balcony access off of the dining area, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a large garden tub. Living room has a sofa sleeper with a cozy mattress.  Has a washer/dryer Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

*This condo now has COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE while in season* Pet Friendly. The Sandpiper Cove Association charges a $10 pet fee. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100 as well.

Amazing condo and incredible customer service! The condo is located directly on hole 9 and a few yards from a pool. There is a heated pool at hole 2 so just a short walk over. We were about a 10 min walk from the beach (with the 2 littles in tow, a little shorter with only adults). Tennis and pickle ball courts were only 3-4 min walk, if that and same distance to Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant. Highly recommend the Sand Flea beach restaurant for breakfast tacos and shrimp/fish tacos. It was some of the best food we’ve ever had.Condo was very clean and sofa bed was shockingly comfortable. The pictures are a little outdated on the site, there is a sofa bed and 2 chairs, not a love seat as pictured. They had bedding for the sofa bed and several pillows available. There isn’t a fan in the living room so they’ve also provided a portable fan located in the bedroom closet that was great to have. One day it rained and upon contacting the company regarding another question, they brought over gift baskets for our kids, packed with toys. Incredible customer service! free beach service was provided and was so nice. All we had to do was let the beach service know when we arrived to the beach each day and they would reserve the chair for us. Chairs are first come first serve so if you want premium spots go reserve early. They also had 2 boogie boards available. Overall it was an amazing experience and will check for availability here anytime we decide to come back to Sandpiper.

We loved staying here, everything was great!! The hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions. The location was perfect, we were super close to bars, restaurants, shopping and more. We also loved having the golf course & the pools right at the condo complex. The map on VRBO does not show the correct location of this condo, it is not right on the beach like it shows that it is, but it is not far at all, it is easily walkable and drivable! Other than that slight confusion while I was booking this condo, everything was perfect, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great condo for a quick trip!

Overall the condo was great! Was a little shocked with the tub and shower as it looks like it’s from the 70’s and has carpet on the front of it but the rest of the condo was beautiful! Beds could definitely be bigger for how many it sleeps but the of us 2 were fine. It’s great for a short trip! It’s not beach front like the listing says but it was a beautiful property and would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was cute, cozy and had everything we needed! From a toaster to blenders and all the cooking utensils necessary for any meal. We even found an apple slicer. I liked how the pool was just outside the back door but also just far enough that you didn't hear when it was full of kids being loud. The back patio also had bushes that gave a lot of privacy. The fold out couch was really comfortable and sturdy. Trust me, my kids tested it out. The beach was not too far away (condo is at the back side of the property). You could have walked but we had a 2.5 and 5 year old so we drove. The downside of that is that the parking lot is small but we always found a spot. Loved having the beach service! Less chairs and umbrellas to lug around and set up. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

In Short - I didn’t want to go home. Only suggestion is make sure u specify that you want/ or don’t want pet friendly condo. We will be staying there next year. But for longer than 5 days. There were movies and golf clubs @ the holiday Isle office. They greeted my daughter with a pale for the sand. It was just very nice. I am a single mom with a daughter and we felt extremely safe. Close the beach just perfect all around. Highly recommended

My best friend and I stayed a few days just to get out of town. The condo was close to everything and was clean as could be. It made our lives easy to be able to take a water taxi from the condo to everything we wanted to do! Perfect location, clean as could be, and definitely better than described!

The ease of booking, the arrival and check-in process, the amenities, the cleanliness, the location....We cannot say enough good things. If you book this property, it will exceed your expectations. We had the best time.
