SPC8208 - Stunning Renovated Studio - Sleeps 4

Welcome to Sandpiper Cove 8208, one of the nicest condos you can find in Sandpiper Cove.

This condo has recently (2022) undergone a total renovation.

When you walk into the condo the bathroom is located on the left. The large vanity has ample space for you to get ready before heading the pool. The spacious walk-in shower has been redone in elegant tile and the perfect way to end a day.

The living room functions as the bedroom as well. You won't have to worry about sleeping on a thin Murphy bed mattress, since these owners have set up an actual Queen sized bed. A large flat screen TV is located on the wall allow you to enjoy the TV from bed or the new plush sofa sleeper.

The kitchen has also been transformed to a stunning space with new granite counter tops which offer ample space for cooking or eating at the breakfast bar. The stainless-steel appliances are all full sized and the condo is equipped with dishes, pots, plans, silverware, and small appliances like a blender and coffee maker.

The second-floor balcony overlooks the grounds of Sandpiper Cove and you're only a short walk away from one of the five complex pools. The private complex beach is located less than a 10-minute walk away from the beach as well.


Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include complex coin laudry, 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, a restaurant, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience.

Amazing stay in Destin!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and it was an amazing experience! Nicole was extremely communicative and I appreciated that! The VRBO was exactly as listed, and an easy walk to the beach. I would 100% stay here again!

My husband and I planned a late beach trip for the year and decided to go back to Sandpiper Cove. We have stayed at this resort before. First time getting a studio and it was fabulous. The studio is EXACTLY as described. The booking process was easy, the check in and check out was easy. We had FABULOUS stay.

Perfect location

Had a construction issue at the unit I originally booked so after the first day management relocated me to a fantastic unit beach front. I was relieved they took care of the issue immediately and treated me with respect. Enjoyed the restaurant on the property, beach & staff were wonderful. Market & Walgreens walking distance. I’ll go back often!

Perfect spot

This placecwas wonderful. Check in was smooth and easy.. Clean perfect size forcys. The tv remte was not working. I reached out and they broughtvus a brand new one right away. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Everyone was so nice. And the pool was very nice too. A great value. We will do business with these guys again.

Adult get away for a week

Stay was great overall very impressed with the room and staff. A few things that didn’t work was the vent fan in the bathroom. The can lights in the room didn’t work- and when they did they flickered. The toilet also wouldn’t flush completely without multiple flushes. Lastly, the freezer took forever to freeze item. Besides that our stay was great and we will be back!

Simply amazing!!
