Shore Enuff - Destin Gulfgate 0601!

Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this recently redecorated condo.  This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bath with soaking tub and shower. The living has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features updated new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. Large 65" flat screen TV can be found in the living room with 50" TVs in both bedrooms. This is an east end unit with extra windows in the kitchen, living room, and dining room.  Reserved indoor parking. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

The view of the beach was beautiful, the walk to the beach wasn’t far at all, and I loved that it included garage parking and an umbrella and beach chairs! The place was extremely clean and cute. The size was perfect for our family. The location was great because it was close to everything, the track just across the street, a couple minute drive to Walmart/target, Restuarant’s nearby. We couldn’t ask for anything better and will definitely stay here again!

The property is in an excellent location, is clean and well kept up. Being literally right on the beach can't be beat. The unit itself (601) is wonderful and well stocked with needed supplies. With the exception of a couple years (2020 and 2022), I have only stayed in this unit. My only suggestion would be to add recycle bins on the property. Again, I won't stay anywhere else. Thanks for making my annual vacation so great!!

Easy parking(easy to access car on the way to beach for things left in car or stored in car(beach toys) very easy/short access to beach, great to have provided beach chairs, convenient location, pool was a little small but since condo building is only 11 floors it was perfect-never crowded, beach was perfect-not crowded like some of the high rise condos. And condos next door aren’t high rises either so beach was not crowded around us. The condo was clean and well equipped. Loved the recliners in the living room. The balcony was our favorite part. The doors in the living room and bedroom open up to make the balcony feel like another room(we only did this because we didn’t have the air or heat going because outside temp was perfect) oh and loved that we were on an end unit and had windows on side of condo too. We saw the most dolphins we have ever seen-a couple of days there were about 20 swimming by. We loved that we could walk to the Back Porch restaurant-our favorite. And we could walk to Henderson Park too. We’ve been coming to Destin for 25 years-t try his is our first time to stay here-we loved it and will be back. Also they were renovating while we were there so now everything will be nice and new next time we come. If you want me to tell anything we didn’t like-I can say I did not like the sinks/vanity in the master bath-that’s all I can come up with-lol

rented a condo for 8 but when i got there they gave me one for 6

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: they issue a air mattress on our second night first night check in late and daughter and grand daughter had share a couch that would not make a bed then next day I ask to be moved in a another room that would sleep eight what I paid for they said they were full so they brought me a sorry air mattress if was miserable for us I should get a refund cause didn't get what I paid for ,
