Add basic condiments to kitchen like salt / pepper / oil. Also the teapot was rusted and cookwear and pots were wearout. Maybe leave some coffee and tea. Also Another amenities like sand toys (bucket , shovel, etc) and for older kids a few bodyboards. These are just things I have seen in other VrBOs condos and I understand not all of them are equal. Just a few things to think about.

The beach, yes. The condo, no.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach as usual was perfect. White sand and clear water. Unit 110; not so much. The unit is spacious and it felt clean and of course the view was on point. However, there were several points that was way below par. First, the patio furniture was horrible. Old, Outdated, Nasty with paint peeling from the high-top seating and table (I have pictures), the low seating chairs are old with thick cushions that are dirty, nasty, hot and uncomfortable. Truly unbelievable that they could not spend $1500 and update this patio furniture. Nothing like paint sticking to you clothes and arms when you are having coffee each morning.Inside there were similar issues. Table and chairs, old outdated, bedroom furniture was old stained, peeling and outdated. The microwave in the kitchen was missing the vent cover at the top (broken off). No cookie sheet/ pans available. And no plastic tupperware for storage or to take to the pool grill.The main issue with this condominium is the constant hounding by the pool attendant each day. In particular the lady who roams around with her snarky attitude walking the pool, looking up at condo balconies, walking the beach area like she is on full duty for the FBI. Instead of letting people enjoy their paid vacations. I can certainly get behind the rules and approaching people with a good attitude if there are issues, but not stop lurking was uncomfortable.
