Sterling Shores is a fantastic vacation destination next to The Back Porch and central to all of Destin's activities. 2 BR/2 BA fully furnished 3rd floor condominium featuring neutral grays, coastal decor and pops of natural colors throughout. WOOD PLANK FLOORING. Washer and dryer in unit. Master BR has a king bed. 2nd BR has bunkbeds and a nautical theme. Queen foldout sofa in living room.

Please note Construction of the building begins in June 2025 and Estimated Complete date is March 2026.
Balconies are now open.

Construction will occur during approved daytime working hours, typically Monday through Friday.

Estimated Completion: March 2026. Portions of the building exterior will be under construction at different times during the project.

Update 3/6/26: There will likely be minor punch items happening on walkways and ground floor areas into early April, but the major work is getting close to be completed.

Huge Polynesian pool + a second heated pool next to sand dunes and beach bar. BOTH POOLS and BEACH have food and drink service onsite, in addition to the beach bar at The Back Porch. Umbrella/chair service is managed privately for rental. Exercise facility and theater for kids movie nights onsite.

You will find everyday household products such as hand, laundry, dish, and bath soaps, and paper products. Hotel like (not restocked). The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and blender to name a few.

Sterling Shores is a fun, family-friendly, gated community with 24 hour security guard. Covered awning and carts to load and unload. Unit is conveniently located straight across the from the central elevator. Covered community gas grills are provided poolside.
