Nicely located to beach but needs some immediate maintenance attention.
We had noticed upon arrival Early Tuesday morning the dryer vent was not connected and requested to be fixed. Property manager responded quickly but no one showed until Friday in which we slid dryer out and fixed ourself. Was easier to just get it done since we needed it then to follow up again. Felt like we should have been followed up with to confirm fix. Also the trash cans were full and buzzing with stinky life lol. Thankfully Tuesday was the trash day and I rolled them out to the road just in time for pickup and we had somewhere to put our trash. Lighting in house needs to be changed to brighter bulbs and some have been already but there are several bulbs that are out. Receptacle left of second floor entertainment center will not hold a plug it is wore out needs replacement. The kitchen sink faucet is almost impossible to rotate and is very inconvenient. Part of that is design flaw I would replace that. Had to reset the T-Mobile internet box regularly to connect and use. Holes in the tile should be filled they are getting bad will tear up a toe or heel. Air filter cage on second floor was open upon arrival and the filter definitely needs a change. I fastened the filter cage properly so the filter didn't fall out.
The home was very nice but needed some minor repairs and upkeep. We could not find any sheets for the sofa bed or the top bunk so we had to improvise with coverlets from other beds. If staying for more than a few days and have more than 6 guests, I recommend purchasing additional toilet paper. The golf cart was an excellent amenity and enjoyed by everyone. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient, as was the pool. All in all we had a great time.
