This 5-bedroom house has a private, heated pool and dining deck that you can enjoy with your family and friends. The huge backyard with a private pool that lights up at night, 2 masters, four kings & foosball/games - we've got everything you need for a great vacation!

Many upgrades that include the following: 2 primary bathrooms, bathroom on upper floor, LP flooring throughout, festive outdoor LED lights over the dining deck and the pool (brings the backyard to life at night).

Inside the home, the main level has a comfortable living area for your guests to enjoy. It provides an open concept living area with foosball in the game area, comfortable television viewing area, games/puzzles/cards, and book nook. The kitchen has a center island/breakfast bar and dining area The kitchen door leads directly to the outdoors to a huge backyard for relaxing, swimming, grilling, and dining.
You will find 5 bedrooms, each with televisions, and three have private balconies.

There are many options to arrive at the sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You have various beach accesses just one block away, a short walk from the house - use beach cart, or rent the golf cart. Public beach is close by with extra parking, showers, bathhouse, restaurant and shaded picnic areas.

THE AREA:
The home is located in the desirable Crystal Beach, a beach house neighborhood in Destin, it has the best of both worlds. It is a quaint beach house community that is very close to many activities such as; shopping, dining, fishing, boating, golfing and etc.. Also, it is the ideal community for walking, biking, and jogging on the paved path along the streets to the beach.

Visit Crab Island, Destin Commons, Harbor Walk, Okaloosa Pier, Gulfarium, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park, dining, shopping, biking, golfing and more - or just relax at the beach and pool.
