SunDestin Beach Resort is a gulf front property and is sure to become your favorite vacation spot in Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour on-site front desk. Some of the many resort amenities include an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and meeting space. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). Exploring the Destin area is a must, with shopping and restaurants just minutes away at Destin Commons.
SunDestin 103 is a renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo that sits poolside, and is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped, updated kitchen opens to the living and dining areas. There’s plenty of room for everyone in the common areas with a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a large dining room table for six and cozy seating in the living space. Step onto the balcony for even more seating. Enjoy the gulf breeze and a meal with everyone around the table out here. Six guests can sleep comfortably in this condo with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area, plus a twin bunk in the entry hall.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Sundestin 1st floor easy access
Location is great for the pools and access to the beach. Loved the white sand beaches! However this particular unit’s furniture was outdated and worn and the interior needs a refresh(paint). The room also had a damp smell when we 1st arrived (we ended up using room spray).

Dirty unit
First day I found underwear in my bed. They gave me new sheets. Blue carpet in bedroom was brown stained and disgusting. 3rd day found another pair of underwear next to the dresser. They refunded cleaning fee. Outdoor Pool was not heated and during March it is needed to enjoy as the cool breeze off water made it unbearable. Thank goodness my sister stayed next door and we could swim in their outdoor heated pool. They adversities all these amenities die example a steam room. I go to use doesn’t work. I will the front desk and was told” O have no idea” Jot a solution just a brush off. Never fixed during my 5 day stay. I will never stay here again.
