If you’re seeking a restful retreat just steps away from the beach, then look no further than SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL. With majestic, gulf-front views and an extensive list of on-site amenities, you won’t need to travel far for anything! Take a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool or unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Get in a workout at the fitness facility then settle in with complimentary DVD rentals. Utilize the more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space for personal or business functions. Take advantage of the seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1214 is a plush one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Take in the scenery from the cozy living room or catch a movie on the flat screen television. Preparing meals is delightful in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen equipped with considerable cupboard and counter space. Four can dine at the table while two can help prep meals at the island. All will enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets on the balcony with seating for four. Unwind in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat screen television or on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.



Everyone in your party will appreciate an afternoon at The Track just five minutes away. This family recreation center has something for everyone, boasting two 18-hole miniature golf courses and kiddie rides for the little ones. Bumper cars, go-kart tracks, bumper boats and an arcade are also available, ensuring a fun-filled day for the whole family!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Everything we needed courteous staff , , great reasonably priced food at Jo Schmo’s , the chair and umbrella guy on the beach was great . Love this place!

This is the second time I've stayed here and you can't beat the price for what you get. Right on the ocean, clean and updated plus I love the gift shop and small restaurant/bar area. This is my go to place for my Destin vacation.

Amazing view and very comfortable king bed

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well appointed even if we didn't cook anything - fridge was very cold. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and this condo was quiet and peaceful even though some areas of the property had renovations underway. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was spectacular.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and everything was perfect! It was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, the restaurant in the lobby was delicious, just a all around good place to stay. We will be back and I will recommend to everyone!

Wonderful location

Absolutely loved our stay. We could walk right on to the beach and even saw dolphins from our windows. Everything was clean and stocked. I was impressed with how quiet the room was as well. I couldn’t hear neighbors or doors slamming like we can with other resorts.

This condo has an amazing view of the Gulf. It also boasts a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well appointed, and the fridge is very cold. Some slight wear of living room furniture and bathroom trim, but nothing major. Highly recommended for an anniversary get-away!

We are couch potatoes who like a good meal and a view. That\'s exactly what this place offered. In the middle of lots of great food, excellent potato spots (couch, bed, recliner, balcony...), and a view to die for!!! Will definitely book again!
