*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025:

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

Great stay!

The condo was in such a great location! Easy access to the beach and a corner store/market downstairs that has the main things you night need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Beach on one part and most of Destin on the other. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony from the Harbor. Beautiful condo and will definitely book again!

Amazing Beach Condo

I took my daughter and her friends on an extended weekend trip and we loved this condo. It was beautiful and very clean. The second bedroom fit all three girls and they loved having an attached bathroom. The primary suite had lovely ocean views. Beach towels and beach items were an unexpected find in the condo which was good because we did not pack beach towels. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Awesome condo with a beautiful view

My family of 5 stayed here for a week. We were greeted with fresh cut flowers and a personalized ornament. The condo was completely modern with beautiful decor and equipped with every kitchen utensil you would ever need. The beds were big and comfy. The balcony view was breathtaking. The owner Terry checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

Communication and professionalism of the property manager was outstanding. One of the few units in the complex that was actually updated and had a second bedroom. Very efficient use of space. Nice views. Highly recommend relative to other units at this condo complex.

Family Vacay

We booked at SunDestin to be close to family in the same building. This condo by far was the nicest. It has been nicely updated and furnished. The host made us feel welcome with a personalized note and flowers. It had beautiful views of the gulf and the city. It is conveniently located to restaurants and family accommodations. Awesome Penthouse Property

The location was amazing. Located steps from one of the best beaches we have ever seen. The condo was immaculately clean, modern and had next level views. Our family of five enjoyed this beautiful condo! The owners were super easy to work with and very accommodating! The condo was clean and spacious for our family. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, the pools, and the short drive to restaurants close by. Highly recommend this condo!
