Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

DeeDee, the hostess was very attentive. She honestly wanted to make sure that everything met with our approval.The pictures are accurate; the condo was clean and well furnished. There were no surprises.Very upscale area with a plethora of great restaurants nearby.Would love to return.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay.. we were able to enjoy some quiet time and pool time together. It was also very nice to walk to the Jelly Beach. We were able to read, make sand castles and swim there. We would definitely like to come back. It was a needed vacation and we enjoyed every minute

Great spot, comfy condo

Our family had a great time! Unfortunately, we were there while construction was going on so the walk to the beach was a bit cumbersome but only temporary. The condo was very clean and the host was super timely with responses to questions. If you have kids or even if you don’t, the beach spots are ideal! Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful well maintained condo. Great location. Great communication from the owner. Beach and pool were never crowded the whole week we were there. Couldn’t ask for more, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Very clean and nice furniture. Great communication with the host. Grounds was well maintained. Beach view was absolutely gorgeous. Very relaxing. The guy keeping the pool area clean was very nice. Always ask if we needed anything. The beach next door was under construction so we had to travel to a beach. We went Henderson State Park and it was great. Not crowded.

Great condo!

The ONLY downfall of this condo is the walk to the beach. Otherwise, it is clean, safe, updated, and otherwise fantastic. The host is very accommodating and communicative, and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early due to cleaning being done early. Will be back!

Beach Vacay!

The only issue whatsoever is the construction that is ongoing right now makes the walk to the beach a bit more difficult. Everyone in my group agreed we would definitely stay here again. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a rental. The balcony is huge with a beautiful ocean view. The angle of the condo meant we had an ocean breeze on the balcony about 95% of the time. It was very clean. The owner did a great job answering my questions right away. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo

This condo is amazing! The living room and both bedrooms have access to the balcony which has beautiful views of the pool and ocean. The living room furniture reclines, and the beds are super comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and look forward to staying here again next year.

Vacation Dream

Best Vacation ever! We really loved Deedees Condo. She is a very helpful and a courteous host. The condo is so cute and clean. The beds are so comfortable. The best thing for us was surrounding of the condo. Two walkable beaches within a view minutes are a plus. The East Pass Tower is at the end of a silence street and really not busy. Another plus is a selection of beach supplies. Deedee: Thanks a lot for your support! We definitely come back.

Slice of paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay at East Pass Condos this week! It was squeaky clean ,cozy and very inviting! We loved the pool and the private beach that you can layout to soak up the sun or fish at as well! short walk to the jetty beaches at Norriego Point! Sunsets are breathtaking at East Pass! The couches were extra comfy! The beds were so comfortable, we slept so good! This condo was perfect for some rest and relaxing! The local permanent residents there are so kind and friendly!The communication with the owners was terrific! Deedee was fast to respond for any questions!! We'll be back for sure!

Location was great, however unit could use a deep clean, newer linens and bathmats were dirty. Very dingy towels and linens with permanent stains. Dish TV did not work, we spent quality vacation time trying to get it working for nightly viewing on our last night stay. Moldy spots in bathroom shower and stains on floor. Dishes in kitchen cabinets were but away with food on them. No local property manager for the unit so issues cannot be immediately rectified. Owner lives out of state. Although, she was very receptive to concerns, nothing was done to improve due to no local property manager for this unit. Check in process was easy. The hot tub was out of order and the local beach access was closed so unfortunately , we could not enjoy a beach experience as expected. We did enjoy the balcony view.

Not really ready for Prime Time

Pros: 1. Condo is located on the end of Gulf Shore Drive right next to Noreiga point. Therefore it is very quiet. 2. Condo does not face the Harbor, which helps with sound. Also, from the balcony there is a great view of the pool and boats going back and forth at East Pass. 3. The furniture in the condo was updated and in great condition. The beds were especially very comfortable! 4. The appliances were new and worked great. 5. The finishes were updated. Cons: 1. The furniture on the balcony was old, peeling and falling apart. The cushions were dirty, old and ripped. 2. The drapes in the bedrooms provided privacy, but did not block the light. Because of where the condo is located near the front of the building, the bedrooms were lit up all night like a search light was targeted onto the windows. 3. The sheets were threadbare, and the bed "covering" instead of a blanket or comforter was a thin piece of quilted material. There were no extra blankets provided. 4. The pillows were old, lumpy, or flat, and frankly stunk. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows. 5. The provided towels were too small; especially the bath towels, and were all old and incredibly thin and scratchy. 6. Entrance was by electronic lock, which didn't work for us twice, but the owners were easy to reach and we got in. This place has great potential- and hopefully the issues will be fixed.
