Sink your toes into Destin’s famous white sand on Holiday Surf’s private beach, just steps from this charming third-floor condo. Holiday Surf 306 comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features hardwood flooring throughout for a warm, coastal feel.

The well-appointed kitchen makes mealtime simple and enjoyable, offering granite countertops along with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your favorite morning brew. The living room provides a comfortable fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a 55-inch TV, and a DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 55-inch TV for added comfort. The bathroom includes a tub, and an air mattress is conveniently provided in the closet for additional sleeping flexibility.

Step out onto the open-air balcony to watch the sun rise over the Gulf and catch dolphins playing in the surf—an unforgettable Destin experience awaits.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club

The Holiday Surf and Racquet Clib is a great property. It has many different condos to choose from. The property is older, but it is right on the beach. Beautiful views on a beautiful beach.

Quick beach getaway

Property was very clean and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint were the pool lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Thee was a gap between the back and the seat of the chairs, so it was very uncomfortable for the lower back. Holiday Surf might want to invest in some comfortable pool chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a Premiun level condo which was adequate but had few extras. Only 4 pictures on the walls in total. Very plain, almost a bit tired. Would have preferred a king bed but the queen was adequate. Only had 3 pillows on the bed but 2 were so hard they could not be used. There were extras in the closet. The chest in the bedroom needs more room and the drawers barely opened and closed. The view was good and liked that we were not above the pool. There was not even any salt and pepper so simple spices added to the kitchen would have been nice. We have been coming to this condo for many years and enjoy the amenities offered. The employees are always very nice. We will return but would probably not stay in this condo again unless it was the only one available.

The description of the condo states "Renovated Beachfront luxury condo" Very misleading. It has been renovated and updated but very poorly and possibly 10 years ago. The furniture was all stained and dirty. The floors are "new" but were very dirty. Our socks instantly turned black. My toddler was crawling on the floor and instantly had dirty hands and knees. I presented to the front desk and asked if someone could come clean the floors. They acted very annoyed and bothered. I don't think anyone ever came and cleaned them by the way. The walls were all scuffed up and marked. The pictures make the place look beautiful. The view was the only good thing about the place. Very disappointed.

Great condo in Destin

The property was just as it is represented in the pictures. You can tell it has been updated. Had everything we needed including a cot, air mattress, beach chairs, beach toys. Just make sure to bring your own beach towels which they do tell you that in the description. We got two chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day which was included in our stay. Beautiful view!! No hot tub there which was a little disappointing but the heated pool was nice. You won’t regret renting this condo.
