Located in the prestigious Dunes of Destin gated community, this 8 bedroom 7 and a half bath home is family-friendly with stunning gulf views and outdoor front security cameras. Relax in the private plunge pool or at the beach from the home's private beach access. Enjoy many balconies or the back porch as you sip your coffee and watch the waves crash against the shore. On the first floor, you will find a guest room with 2 twin/twin bunk beds and a queen/queen bunk bed with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. On the second floor, you will find the living room and a new kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and a half bath. On the third floor, you will find a Master king room and ensuite bathroom and 2 guest rooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. On the fourth floor, you will find a Master king room with an ensuite bathroom 3 guest rooms with a king bed, 2 twin/twin bunk beds, and a queen/queen bunk bed. This home sleeps 20 comfortably. Beautiful property

Absolutely amazing stay. Property was exactly as listed and entire rental process was smooth. Would definitely recommend Emerald Dawn to families looking for luxury accommodations, quiet beachfront access, and central to many locations.

Amazing Place

We stayed over Christmas and the place was amazing. Close to a quiet private beach, restaurants, shopping, and very easy to access. The property company was friendly and checked on us often. The home was super clean and well decorated and views were just amazing.

Wonderful stay. My family along with two other family’s 15 members in all had a great stay. Great beachfront view. Easy access to the beach. Very clean. Well stocked. Would definitely come back.

The house was beautiful--well laid out and tastefully decorated. Very clean! The kitchen was well equipped, which we used daily. Loved the ocean/beach access right outside back door. Centrally located to stores and tourist attractions. The guest services were quick to take care of a few minor problems at the beginning. The only downside was the window covers on first floor not working. But, we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect! The layout was great- just steps from the beach. It was decorated very beautifully and professionally. Reyia K from Real Joy vacations was super helpful and responded quickly with the few questions we had. Would 100% go back.

Family Vacation

Everything was great during our vacation. Everyone was accommodated and comfortable. The location of this house is convenient. We were able to enjoy a full kitchen and ate in our entire vacation other than our first night after arriving. The only thing we experienced issues with were parking and the elevator didn’t work.

We’ve stayed here several years, had a couple years break while it was being sold and remodeled, and have always loved it!! Unfortunately, we won’t be able to return next year due to the major price increase!

Family Stay

The home is fantastic and set up very well. We have stayed here twice and enjoy it very much. Glad to see the driveway was expanded and we could park 4 vehicles without hanging out in the road. The only issue we had was the clothes dryer. It took over 4 hours to dry a single load on either dryer. Not sure if it was us of the dryers.

Annual Budget Retreat

This house accommodates a lot of people very well. Beds are super comfy. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but they were taken care of pretty quick. Easy check in and easy check out process. My only suggestion is to have one method or person to contact. Perhaps one email. It would make it much easier to search for instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, cheap management

Loved the property and location but the management left bad tastes in mouth. It started with wrong address provided! We had to spend 30-40 minutes of internet search to find the correct address. Then, Only “starter” amenities provided, including only one toilet paper per bath room, tiny liquid dishwasher soap that was used up in first day, no trash bags, mechanical failures that required repair men and management staff to fix during our stay, etc. All this for a home that is advertised to sleep 18 people and charges a premium. Also, this and another property are the only ones in this upscale subdivision that did not pay for beach chairs and umbrella use for its guests. Overall, this is a beautiful property and with very little attention to details and care for well being of guests that pay a premium for use of it, the experience could have been a great one. Pity!

Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were clean and the views of the beach were amazing! We ended up reaching out to the host for a minor thing and they were quick to respond and address it. We've found that at many places we've stayed at, that the pictures exaggerate the beauty of the place BUT that was not the case here. What you see in the pictures are what you get.
