Yikes!
This sad VRBO misses the mark in so many ways. Here's the down and dirty, literally...no kitchen linens (yes, Phil did bring some over but they had never been washed), no sponge, dirty pots, no extra trash bags, upstairs carpet is very stained, no hand towels in upstairs bath to name just a few. One scary situation that took place was when our teenage son was carrying his lunch from the kitchen to the dining room and literally fell through a rather large wood grate in the floor that was covered up by a rug. Phil, the property manager, did secure a piece of plywood to the floor so no one else would fall through to the duct work. As if that was not enough, the address I was given prior to arrival was given out to extended family so they could stay near by was the wrong address. They ended up in an "unsavory area". The host did apologize. If you're still reading, keep on looking!
