Modvintáge Charm Suites Upper Unit is a vintage home with modern vibes centrally located in Detroit's Historical Bagley neighborhood which is ranked as the top 5 best neighborhoods for families in Detroit and has a lot of interesting history.

The neighborhood has come a long way, but there is ongoing improvement, so still a long way to go. We hope you enjoy the modern vintage makeover.

Centrally located to all Detroit has to offer. Easy access to major freeways and less than 10 minute drive to Ferndale, Southfield and 15 minutes or less to Royal Oak and 20 minutes to downtown.

This suite sleeps 4 ADULTS only. It comes with a 50 inch smart Roku tv with some free channels or you can log into your own platform.

In kitchen you have a gas stove, microwave, Coffee station equipped with K-Cup coffee maker, plus creamer, sweeteners and some tea options.

Each bedroom has a desk and there is also a seperate office off of the living room.

Dining table for 4, plus a breakfast table for 2 in the kitchen.

Plentiful street parking available for the upper unit.

Beautiful house, amazing stay.
Me and my friends came to Detroit for two days to celebrate a gathering. We stayed at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. You guys everything was clean. Upon an arrival there was towels and rags left for guest, also water and other snacks left in the fridge. The area was nice close to food and also shopping plazas. Quiet street. I reached out to the owner multiple times she got back to me so quick every time. I will be booking again. For sure. Thank you!

Dear Ms. Kat, My parents, my Husband and I were guests in your lovely home Aug 3rd to the 7th. We had a wonderful time exploring The Henry Ford Museums. We very much enjoyed staying in your home. The Mattresses were very comfortable and the decor was lovely.

Towels/washcloths were not properly cleaned, shower needed to be wiped down, as well as the refrigerator. Neighborhood is rough, but quiet. Host was very responsive.
