Great Location and Nice Stay
We had a nice stay. The kitchen is large and beautiful with new appliances and lots of cooking space. We made breakfast every morning and had all of the cooking supplies needed (pots, pans, dishes, coffee cups). The living room was a nice place to spend quality time with family after a fun day on the lake and watch a movie before bed. The house was incredibly clean from corner to corner. The location is great - one block away from the beach and Zorbas and across the street from pickle ball courts. Constructive feedback - The ceiling fans in a couple of bedrooms upstairs need fixing (loud and not usable), a couple of screens are off the windows upstairs (would like to open windows to let the cool night air in), and the bedrooms need more night stands on both sides of all of the beds for setting down phones, water, etc. (we used chairs as night stands). Queen size beds in all the bedrooms would be nice too. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The overall experience was decent. The upstairs was very hot, ac didn’t move very well. There were not really any dishes, pots/pans/serving bowls. It was hard to cook. No shampoo or soap in showers. If you book this it is nice but be sure to bring a lot of stuff if you plan to cook. Not a bad experience, just be prepared to bring a lot.

Perfect for our group
I just want to start by saying this place was exactly what our group was looking for. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the property accuracy was that the picture makes it seem as though the whole structure is what you are renting, you are not. There are other renters in the 4-plex, but you do have 5 bedrooms and plenty of space and privacy. Not a problem, just a little confusing. The location is great as you are close to the lake and restaurants as well as the park across the street. Communication couldn't have been better and the owner went out of his way to accomodate an early check-in request that was greatly appreciated. I drove up early to avoid not being able to get there at all because of a horrible blizzard and they were great about it! Last thing, don't be afraid to message the owner. Every message I sent was answered in 30 minutes or less! Like I said earlier, great communication and excellent property.

The house is very roomy. Parking on street was easy. The house is decorated very nicely. The bedrooms worked perfectly for our family. If you are not used to stairs...you will adapt quickly.
