Our home is a Gorgeous Beach House custom-built for a fun, casual beach vacation. TONS of personal touches and amenities.

The GoneCoastalPro Beach House in Rehoboth/Dewey has bedding enough for 20+ people, and living areas for 30+.... but 20 adults and 6 children (ages 5 and under) would be the maximum. Please note: Delaware Occupancy law allows a maximum of 20-adults. Children 5 & older are considered adults. We prefer not to over-crowd the home for your comfort and privacy.

Enjoy 3-private decks, 2-screened porches, 3-amazing outdoor showers. (no lines!!). Larger outdoor area for congregating, playing, ping-pong, grilling, etc. Charming curved boardwalk in front yard that passes along a mini sand dune complete with horseshoe crabs and picnic table.

Inside, first floor: 2-living spaces and cozy den, joined by a spectacular kitchen in the middle with built-in banquet, 2-fridges, Thermador range, Advantium oven, huge recycled glass center island with bar seating, windows that open to a screened side porch, separate bar and drink station with 2nd oversized refrigerator... all entertained with a Sonos sound system.

Need more room? There is a second living space in the rear of the home with sitting area, pinball machines, PacMan video game, official foosball table, television & pull-out sofa perfect for a separate living experience for the kids, teens & adults!

Walk everywhere from our location! The beach is a short stroll 1.5 blocks away. Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is a 15-minute walk - or take the Jolly Trolley that stops at the end of our street. Dewey is a 5-minute walk with easy access to Woody's, Bottle & Cork, Starboard, Dewey Beer Company & more. We are located in the quiet neighborhood of Rehoboth-By-The-Sea, so you will enjoy a relaxing time away from the Dewey party zone.

Loaded with beach fun including Ping Pong Table & Vintage Pinball Machines. Gas grill on premises. Bring your bikes...it's a bike-friendly beach town and there are some amazing bike trails to Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes.

Jolly Trolley runs continuously between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. You're also just a short car ride from outlet shopping, Lewes, the Cape May Ferry, Bethany Beach, Fenwick and Ocean City, MD

Our larger Lot allows for total of up to 6-cars to park. Additional parking permits may be purchased by the day or week.

Non-smoking and a pet-free home. Please don't ask, as we do not allow animals. There is a security camera on front porch as well.

The home is very unique and filled with interesting details throughout. You will not see another property like this anywhere in Rehoboth or Dewey.

Please realize this home has just been custom-built. It has been a labor of love and is a work-in-progress. The home is currently VERY COMFORTABLE, however - don't be surprised if additional decorating features are ADDED prior to your arrival. Hoping to pleasantly surprise you!

Yes, the listing shows 2-pinball machines. They currently operate. However, they are temperamental due to their age. There are times they simply stop working and need technical assistance. There is no guarantee that these machines will be operating upon your arrival. Of course our intent is to have 1-2 of them operating, but please don't ask for a refund if they are not! The pinballs are a bonus if they are working, and will be kept on free play for your group.

There is an owners unit with separate private rear entrance using the garage and room above that is periodically used by the owner. It even has a separate address! You will have total privacy, and reviews never mention issue. This unit has never been part of the rental home.

Our beach home is extremely spacious - allowing families to spread out COMFORTABLY. Indoors & Outdoors. With 5-total decks & porches, almost everyone has a private sanctuary when not at the beach.

Rules For All Reservations:
Our home is a home & we only desire groups that treat it as such. You will be handed the keys to a luxury, casual property, cleaned spotless with no broken items. Furthermore, we are in a neighborhood surrounded by local residents.

PLEASE understand this and respect our house rules. Do not book our home if your group is a party, party crowd that wants to party & shout on porches after 11pm, as we feel it dis-respects our friendly neighbors. In addition, any group that leaves the home filled with trash & sand will be charged extra cleaning charges of $200 for trash and/or $150 for sand removal. We have AWESOME outdoor showers to rinse sand before entering home - we expect all groups to utilize.

Based on our fabulous reviews from families & adult groups, don't hesitate to book our beach house, we are confident you and your guests will enjoy!

Currently, we have access to an exceptional private chef if your group desires a group meal. You can enjoy a festive BBQ style event in our side-yard or treat the family to exquisite Thai Cuisine prepared & served indoors on china utilizing authentic brass flatware. Casually elegant! We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Dewey! Fantastic House for Extended Family Getaway

We had a perfect week at this Rehoboth-by-the-Sea vacation house. The house itself is huge, well-maintained, and has all the amenities for a perfect week-long getaway. It's also a block and a half to a great part of the beach. Yvette is communicative and helpful host.

Incredible house!

We had a large group of friends and family and this house delivered. Enough space for everyone to have privacy, great kitchen, plenty of seating and one of the most well stocked kitchens of any rental I have seen. Owner was great and checked in on us. Quick walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach!

Girls Beach Weekend!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Todd was very communicative and gave a list of activities around the area, such as a tiki boat ride that we ended up booking. The house was the perfect location in walking distance to the beach & downtown Dewey. The house was comfortable to fit everyone and noise didn’t carry throughout which was a bonus. We would love to stay again!

Family Wedding Celebration

This is a wonderful place to enjoy a multi generational family get together. Come to enjoy the spacious, clean, well appointed and nicely decorated home with plenty of bathrooms and areas to still enjoy privacy. The large kitchen area was a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal while catching up. The proximity to the beach was great ! We took lovely walks on the beach from Dewey to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and loved the excercise with a view. Todd was a wonderful host and his response to questions was quick and thorough. I would love to come back and experience this vacation home with my family again !

Perfect getaway for large group or family

The house was amazing and Todd was a fantastic host. The location of the house was perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to both Dewey and Rehoboth. What surprised us most was how well insulated the house was. Some of us stayed up later and the others had no issues with sound/noise. Todd was incredibly responsive as a host. Our propane ran out and he had a new one hooked up in minutes. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Great Beach Property!

We rented this property for 5 days during beach week for our kids and family. This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. With a group of 16, there was more than enough space for everyone. It has all the amenities that you need to enjoy for both adult and kids -and just a few minutes from the beach. Todd was great and easy to communicate! Even though he stayed on the property (apartment behind the house) he gave us our space and privacy the entire time. I highly recommend this property for a large group or family. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic Experience

This house is massive! The pictures don't do it justice. The walk to the beach is 4 minutes. The walk to Dewey is 10 minutes. And you're a 5 minute uber/drive away from Rehoboth. The location can't be beat. Yvette and her husband are fantastic hosts. They will guide you throughout the check-in process, provide you with tons of suggestions for things to do, quickly answer any and all questions, and ensure you have a fantastic stay. Can't recommend this house enough! Can't wait to get back!

Beautiful house and perfect location

We stayed at this property for a week to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. There were 5 families ranging in age from grandparents to young children. There was plenty of space - it never felt crowded. The house itself is beautiful. Totally updated and very clean. The kids loved the pinball, foosball, and arcade game in the gameroom. The adults spent most of the time at the house in the screened in front porch. Location couldn’t be better. Short bike ride to Rehoboth boardwalk, but walkable to a less crowded area of Dewey Beach. Todd is great to work with and very quick to respond. The house is even better than the pictures - highly recommend a stay.

Absolutely fabulous week

We had 17 people, all very close. The house accommodated everything. We had foodies and a professional bar tender. The kitchen side was fabulous, and the wet bar side was just as fabulous. Full size fridge on both sides. Dish washer on both sides. We cooked in house all but one night. One night we had 23 for dinner. It accommodated everything. Owner was in the back over the garage. She was there for any issues, and we invited her over one evening for a very lovely time. Could not have been better!!!

Beautiful home for our precious family vacation

My entire close family - my children, two of my sisters and their husbands and children, my parents, my aunt and my two cousins and spouses and kids - all stayed in this beautiful well-maintained home. It was a wonderful experience. The home is immaculate and we were very comfortable staying there. It’s such a short walk to beach. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom (the two that don’t have very close access). The shared living space is perfect for a large family with young kids. There’s a very comfortable and well decorated main living room connected to large kitchen and there is a close by game room (with super cool games - including pinball) where the children hung out and enjoyed their autonomy. We had a great experience dealing with the owner, Yvette, she was appropriately communicative and provided us with all the necessary information and directives before our stay. Can’t say enough great things.

Nice house, good location, but not worth associated stress

My group & I did not particularly enjoy our stay at this property for a few reasons: 1. Comfort w/ owners: much of our communication with Todd & Yvette (T&Y) prior to arrival focused on them reminding us that they live across the street & would watch what we do, both live & through the security camera on the front porch. This made our group uncomfortable. Further, they stated that they’re typically invited over during guests’ stays. Given that we’re in a pandemic, we did not feel comfortable with them coming over. Although we stated this, Todd stopped by in person, and without a mask on – we realize this was an attempt at a friendly gesture, but since we’d communicated that we didn’t want to meet in person, Todd’s maskless showing was not appreciated. 2. Owner flexibility: other reviews cite the pride T&Y take in their home. For my group, this pride came across as intense rigidity. T&Y expect guests to primarily use the outdoor showers so as to not bring sand into the house (a beach house…); they ask guests not to move furniture; they have strict no pets rules (no flexibility for well-trained support animals); the 10 am check-out time is immovable. They also regularly note they will police all policies. 3. House quality: the house is nice but did not justify the price. We expected MUCH more, particularly since you must rent all sheets & bath & beach towels, put the sheets on the beds, & provide all bath products. Further, I expected everything to be labeled so we wouldn’t have any challenges discerning the purpose of a light switch, using the Sonos, etc. But it wasn't, so I had to text the owners a number of questions. Yvette was relatively responsive when I texted her, but I wish I hadn’t had to text. 4. Owner communication: After communicating with T&Y in the week leading up to our stay, it became apparent that this house might not be a great fit for our group. Todd offered to “refund monies allowed.” When, less than 24 hours later, I procured another house, he retracted his offer. I emailed back to inquire what he had meant by “refund monies allowed”, and he just didn’t respond. We went through with our stay because we were unwilling to forfeit our money, but this added to our stress. Renting this house became an unpleasant situation. I give T&Y credit for having a large beach house with some cute beach decorations but cannot in good conscience recommend renting this house, as the property doesn’t warrant the aggravation that comes with it.

Awesome Place! Awesome Location!

Great experience all around! Wonderful, unique home that met all of our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. It provided ample space to get our large group together as well as give us all room to spread out with a variety of bedroom layouts and multiple family rooms. Pinball machines were a hit with everyone. Easy walk to the beach, Fifers market and all of Dewey.. Owner was extremely professional, helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication and accomodations

The property is amazing... so many options for sleeping , excellent common areas, and PINBALL! a bonus.. the porch was also extensive.. The owners were very fair and balanced as we navigated a few issues... Communication is key!
