This splendid retreat enjoys a prime and unbeatable location three homes away from the beach - all you have to do is grab your flip-flops and walk to Dewey Beach or Rehoboth Beach. Other great attractions you should definitely visit include Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, Jungle Jim's, Gordons Pond State Park Area, Delaware Seashore State Park, and more. Upon entering this multi-level home away from home, you will discover beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, plenty of windows flooding the open floor plan with natural light, and gorgeous artwork throughout. Spend tranquil and entertaining evenings in the welcoming living area, furnished with a huge sectional and armchairs. Spread out comfortably and stream favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV (streaming only). The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go. This level also grants you access to an extensive deck with plenty of comfy seating where you can enjoy the breeze and create everlasting memories with your guests. The lower level enjoys a secluded family room with another smart TV, a mini fridge to store beverages and treats, a storage closet with a washer/dryer, a plethora of entertaining books and board games, and access to a covered paved patio. Many pros- the location is great, you cannot get closer to the beach. Amazing beach access right outside your door. Excellent parking. Truly great outdoor shower! The beds were very comfortable. The place is a bit more aged than appears in the photos but this works very well for a family beach vacation. Well stocked with books, games, and beach chairs. One major con: we had no internet for our entire stay and communication with the host felt like we were talking to a bot. They would answer my messages but often in a way that was not effectively responsive to the question I asked and the issue never internet issue was never successfully addressed during our stay.
