WALK to Beach, Town of Dewey w/LARGE Heated POOL thru Oct, HOT TUB and fire pit!

If you are looking for an ideal house for a relaxing vacation with bay views, this may be the answer to your search.

This house is large enough for family reunions or group get together and is convenient to the area's attractions both in Dewey and Rehoboth. The boardwalk is an easy 5-minute drive, and you are a 4-minute walk to the Starboard! The driveway fits 5-6 cars easily and the garage is stocked with beach gear needed for your easy walk to the beach. The house and kitchen are stocked so you will have no need to bring your own belongings...it is all equipped in this house. House has a convenient locking system that requires no keys to worry about....just a special code for your stay only. Enjoy the covered porch (north facing) or the large pool, jacuzzi and sunny deck (south facing) that is equipped with a Weber propane gas grill (propane included). Plenty of hang out options by the pool! There is 1 outdoor shower that run on a different water heater. Sheets are included!

We loved staying here so much! The house was wonderful and had everything you could need and more. The proximity to the beach was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained and relaxing. The house is very spacious inside with ample room for everyone to hang out in the living room and around the dining room table. The whole house was very clean. We had so much fun staying here as a big friend group and would highly recommend this to anyone else.

Lovely house close to the beach

This house was great and perfect for my sister's bachelorette party. The single floor plan and the big open living room was perfect to have a group of girls gather. Maria was a great host and helped us get back items that were forgotten at the house. She was understanding and communicated quickly with us to get it resolved. I recommend Maria's property when visiting Dewey for large groups.

We were extremely happy with the house upon arrival. It was perfect for our group and a short 8 minute walk from tons of restaurants, stores, and bars. This house was the ideal house for a girls weekend!

Great location!

Great location with plenty of parking. Close walk to the Starboard or the bay. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a beautiful lawn and deck along with an outdoor shower. Would definitely rent again.

Hassle Free Stay in a Wonderful location

House was neat and clean and situated perfectly. Our group was able to wach the impressive 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of our deck. The beach was a short 3 block walk and they offer the option of having an umbrella and a couple of chairs already set up for you. This definitely was a game changer and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect Family Stay

This was our first family vacation with our two toddlers, in-laws, mother, and even our dog. The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a short drive to the outlets, breweries (one was in short walking distance), and Bethany beach. Maria was easy to communicate with, and answered all questions we had. The house is absolutely spotless- it was so clean, so comforting, and perfect in every way. Having a small yard was exactly what we needed for our dog, and it was easy to walk him around the neighborhood (which is quiet), and walk him to the beach early in the morning. For our toddlers, Maria even had a small wooden kitchen set, books, and games- the size of the house and openness was wonderful where we all could hang out together. The garage is full of everything you need for the beach as well. While on the porch, you can catch a view of the bay and having the warm breeze from there was a bonus. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The property is perfect for a group getaway weekend! The back porch and living room spaces are inviting and great for groups to relax. Would recommend for a big group as long as you aren't loud outdoors at night to disrupt neighbors.

The house was perfect for our group of friends. The location was a quick walk to town, neighborhood was quiet, and the house was bigger than expected. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families.

Great House

House was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Walk to the beach was a little long, but not terrible. The only draw back was the property behind the house. The neighbor's yard was overgrown and unkept. When you're spending that kind of money, you don't want to be looking at someone's garbage in the backyard. The home itself was great.

Convenient location

Maria was very responsive and communicative answering questions before and during arrival. The house is exactly as advertised, plenty of sleeping accommodations and bathrooms. The house is walking distance from anywhere you’d likely want to go in Dewey Beach. The house is kept in great condition with access to a grill and plenty of outdoor space to hang and relax. You can walk to the beach and bars in less than 10 minutes. 5 star review!
