I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers high-quality service in every detail. Its central location made everything in Dhaka much easier and more accessible. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional hospitality. Sajuti, one of the hosts, went above and beyond throughout my entire trip. She was always attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, making my experience in Dhaka so much smoother and more enjoyable. I would also like to highlight Ikram, the Duty Manager, Karolina and Ahad who were consistently kind, helpful, and professional. His support and warm attitude added greatly to the overall experience. As a woman traveling solo, feeling safe and supported matters a lot, and thanks to the care and professionalism of the team, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and at ease every day. This level of attention truly made all the difference. A beautiful hotel with outstanding service and genuinely wonderful people. I would absolutely stay here again.

Be careful drinking anything from the refrigerator in the room, they will charge you. I booked a room for my brother and his wife, who drank a few juices and sodas from the fridge. I was notified the next day that there would be a charge of 7000 taka, equivalent to $60. When I asked them if they could charge my card they originally told me they could only take cash or Bkash payment. When I told them I wouldn’t be able to make a bKash payment because I am a foreigner, they were very rude and distasteful in their comments. I proceeded to speak to a manager who helped me use my credit card to make a payment right away. For this establishment to be a 5 star hotel, their attitude is terrible and I don’t recommend any foreigner to stay here as it will be a risk.
