From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience set the tone for a great stay. The front desk staff were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely attentive—striking that rare balance of professionalism and warmth that immediately makes you feel at home. The room itself was exactly what we hoped for: clean, well-appointed, and solid in every way. Most importantly, it was quiet—a rare luxury that made for a restful night. The overall environment of the hotel was calm and well-maintained, reflecting thoughtful care in both operations and guest experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a smooth, comfortable, and peaceful stay backed by excellent service. I’ll absolutely return when I am in Dickinson again.

Very difficult check in with the hotel charging my credit card twice and debit card once. Showed the charges on my accounts but hotel employee insisted no charges went through. Not enough towels. Overall weak showing in general. Wouldn't recommend. M

The staff are incredible, always friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great every morning we stayed. We make this trip every year and this is the first time we stayed and we will only be staying here from now on.

Really nice hotel. Stayed for a basketball tournament and was very accommodating for multiple families. Fun was had by all. Very clean and breakfast was hot and tasty.
