Easy to work with, but slightly disappointed
Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. One of the biggest things is parking. According to the listing currently at the time of this review, it says 2 covered parking spots and 4 spots in the driveway. This is misleading. The 2 covered spots are I believe the garage, which isn't available. And even still, is at the end of the narrow driveway. Unless all of the units are rented within your party, or some people just don't have a vehicle, it's near impossible to have a parking spot without blocking people in. This isn't mentioned within the listing and no real solution is there by the management or owner. The other disappointing part, was just overall cleanliness. At the price point we paid, it wasn't unbearable, but there were some questionable stains on the couch, dirty towels in the bathroom and old soap bars left from the previous stay. If we were to book again at a higher price, I don't think it would have been acceptable. Overall, the property was nice and stayed cool enough in the 100 degree heat we were facing. It's located easily enough to find and move around the area. If you're looking for a no-frills and lower cost place to stay in the area, this can be a great option.
