We didn’t spend the night in this hotel due to a guest from another room on our floor had a plumbing issue and flooded the whole floor. The hotel staff had to transfer us to a nearby hotel due to the other floors being fully booked. I liked that they were helpful to move us to a better hotel nearby. So overall, I can’t give much a review except of their efficiency to move us quickly before the flooding got worse. I am only rating for their help on the transfer as we had only spent 3 hours at this hotel.

Hotel in bad shape

Hotel is in the centrum but is in very bad shape. Room view on some HV and AC pipelines. I am not recommend unless the budget is the factor of choosing this hote.

Interesting, no frills place. Good sized room, nice bed and pillows, great ac during very hot weather. But no kettle or even a glass in the room. Instead you have to go to the first floor and purchase water, coffee, etc from vending machine. No keys either but a code to enter your room, which I liked. Very convenient location and for a cheap breakfast, McDonald's is across the street. I didn't get the hotel breakfast so I don't know the price. But very good value overall. I'd stay here again.

Overall a good room, very convenient for most Dijon.sites and activities (and local and further transport). Downside of location was early morning street-cleaning and bin collection, which woke me at 6 each day..
