The home is beautiful, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The views are spectacular and it was just a very, very comfortable place to be, easy to get to the beach, to the town, I’d highly recommend it. We loved getting to have our dog along. too. Very clean and fun snacks.. great deck time listening to the ocean and the birds.

We loved staying at The Lookout. The cottage is adorable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and stay-in. Really enjoyed walking down to the store, restaurant and beach, hiking, playing card games, and just gazing at the water from the deck! It was the first time our English Lab, Chuck, had been on a beach. So fun!

We really loved our stay at the Lookout. The house was inviting, comfortable and very well appointed. My only suggestions for improvement are screen door needed on the sliders to the deck to keep bugs and most importantly yellow jackets out of the house. Additionally, one or two yellow jacket traps on/near the deck would help as well. Otherwise we loved it and would totally stay here again.

We spent almost two weeks enjoying this as our home away from home. Cozy, well-appointed, and that view! The perfect place to rest and unwind in that classic Dillon Beach way - long walks on the beach, a few short drives to vineyards or a hike in the redwoods, and hours on the back deck watching the waves. The Lookout

This is a great property. The kitchen is very well equipped and supplied. Having the separate area downstairs would be great for families or extended families with kids. The only glitch was the check in process. We could not get the lockbox open, so spent 45 minutes waiting outside in the fog and wind, and talking with the property manager. Eventually they called back and said that they had changed the lockboxes recently and had not updated their check in procedure with the new code. Once that was resolved, our stay was wonderful. The manager was pretty prompt in responding to our issue.

Lovely spotless clean house,stunning ocean views, gorgeous sunsets. Very responsive management and owner. The neighborhood is very hilly and the teens walked up and back to the beach. Those of us with older knees and too much beach paraphernalia had to drive and pay the $10 to park. What a view!

We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Dillon Beach.. The house was beyond perfect for us and the location was amazing! The property rental company even provided a little Thanksgiving welcome present which saved me since I forgot the sparkling cider! Thank you for the stay we will be back.

Summer stay

Perfect location for Dillon Beach. Easy walk to beach and the all important General Store. Ample parking which was key for the summer when the beach crowds arrive. The parking is also great if you have a larger vehicle, which can be tight with other Dillon properties. House is clean and comfortable. Views from balcony are gorgeous. Nicely updated kitchen. The downstairs was a perfect spot for kids to have they own space to play while the grownups relax upstairs. Will definitely return.
