This stylish 2-bedroom condo in the Summit Cove neighborhood is the perfect spot for those looking for a peaceful mountain getaway. The condo places you nearby several hiking trails and is just 7 minutes from the River Run Gondola! After a busy day of outdoor adventures, you’ll love the comforts of home this condo provides from the stylish decor, bright and open living area, fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and private outdoor balcony with great views.

The Space:
As you enter the condo, you will first come to an open entryway with a stylish built-in storage space perfect for unloading your outdoor gear. Just steps from the entryway will take you into the open living room/dining/kitchen, where you will be greeted by a light-filled space with a modern Scandinavian style and great views out the back towards the surrounding mountains. To the right of the space, you will find the living room, with a sofa and chair situated around the fireplace. The fireplace makes a stylish statement with its black walls and the built-in storage space for logs. You and your loved ones will love settling in for a relaxing evening in this beautiful room as you warm up by the fire! The living room also features a TV with a Roku for movie nights, as well as several board games and toys to keep the whole family entertained. From the living room, you can access the balcony through the sliding glass doors. The balcony has the same sophisticated style as the rest of the home with modern patio furniture pieces that include a love seat, two patio chairs, and two coffee tables, making it a great space for entertaining in the summertime.

Connected to the living room is the dining room, where you will find a Scandinavian-style dining table with seating for 6. The inviting ambiance of the room is complete with modern lighting fixtures, a stylish rug, and the natural light from the patio doors filling the space. Just off of the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, a space as pretty as it is practical with beautiful white cabinets, exposed shelving, and a full range of stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes everything from a drip coffee maker to a crockpot making it convenient to put together a delicious meal during your stay. A kitchen bar with three bar stools connects the kitchen to the dining and living area, so the chef can easily stay connected to the rest of the group. Connected to the kitchen, you will find a living room nook area with a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out into a queen bed. This cozy space provides a great area for some quiet reading, or as an additional sleeping space if needed. On the main level, guests will also find a full bathroom complete with a modern style featuring gold and royal blue decor, a beautiful single-sink vanity, and a tiled shower.

When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor of the condo. As you arrive at the landing you will find a bedroom on either side providing great separation of sleeping space. The first bedroom to your left features a sophisticated style with a comfortable king-size bed, sconce lighting, a closet, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm summer nights. The second bedroom on the right side of the upstairs makes efficient use of its space, with two sets of bunk beds providing extra sleeping accommodations. The bunk beds are twin over full-size beds and each bed has a small light attached to the wall, so you can enjoy reading in bed without keeping anyone else awake. The room also features a ceiling fan, a 32” mounted TV, and large windows with views over the surrounding area. A second bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and features a stylish single-sink vanity, floating shelves, and a bathtub/shower combo with lovely tile work.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, a private outdoor patio, and one parking spot in the shared parking lot located in front of the building.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in the lovely Summit Cove neighborhood, providing the perfect starting point for hiking, biking, and skiing adventures. The serene area places you nearby Keystone Ski Resort, Keystone Golf Course, Lake Dillon, and Arapahoe Basin. With just a 7-minute drive you can be on the River Run Gondola ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jumping onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. Keystone Resort is a 20-minute drive away where after a day on the mountain you can enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 10 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also 20 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafés, and shops.

Getting Around:
The home has a bus stop located 0.2 miles away, just a short 5-minute walk, and you will find the Summit Stages FREE bus' Summit Cove stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route located just under a mile from your door. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. For those with a vehicle, during the winter months make the 20-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for some excellent skiing, and in the summer hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead which is less than a 10-minute drive from the home. You are also within 30 minutes drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 7-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 10 minutes and Frisco is a 15-minute drive. From this condo, you can also be at Breckenridge in under 25 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Unfortunately, clothes dryer is not available at the moment. Hence, we provided a drying rack for your convenience.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
