Outside, a 22 m² terrace invites you to savour a sunny breakfast or a family dinner in the open air, sheltered from prying eyes. The perfect way to fully enjoy the long summer days in a pleasant setting.
Push the door and discover a magnificent 80 m² town house with a modern and warm atmosphere. The living area consists of a friendly living room with its decorative fireplace, a sofa and comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors or watching a film or sporting event with family.
The open-plan American kitchen is perfectly equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils needed to cook like at home. A large central island awaits you for shared meals, improvised aperitifs or simply to chat while something is simmering! A first independent toilet is located on the ground floor
At night, the house can accommodate up to 4 people in two comfortable bedrooms spread over two levels.
On the first floor, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. On this same floor, there is also a study area with a small sofa, which can serve as a quiet workspace. A second bathroom with shower and WC completes this floor for even more comfort.
On the second floor, an attic bedroom has two single beds (80x190) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). An independent WC completes this floor.
For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and you have a space to securely store up to 2 bicycles. The house does not have private parking spaces, but you can park on free parking spots located in the street right in front of the house.
