The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment with sea views for rent in the town of Dinard, 50 metres from the sea and 700 metres from Prieuré beach. It has a surface area of 62 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a beautiful Dinard villa, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room/lounge opening onto the kitchen, with TV, sofa and armchairs.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: Nespresso pod coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with two double beds. (140×190)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
- A separate toilet
- The accommodation does not have shutters or blackout curtains

Le Beauvoir 1 offers a splendid view of Prieuré Bay, making it a very bright accommodation.

It is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting, a stone's throw from the Grand Hôtel Barrière. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, the beach, and more.
The fabulous Clair du Lune walk (GR34) is just below the accommodation, as is the pier for taking the boat to Saint-Malo.

The Place des Halles, where the wonderful Dinard market takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 10-minute walk away.

Transport:
- If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking.
There are free parking spaces in the surrounding streets, but we cannot guarantee availability.
The town of Dinard offers parking packages. The nearest underground car park is the Maréchal Leclerc car park (200 metres on foot).

- Nearest railway station: 15 km Saint-Malo (20 mins by car).
