La vue de fait pas tout
Il ne suffit pas d’avoir une belle vue, le ménage n’avait pas été fait l’appartement était sale j’ai dû faire mon ménage la personne de ménage est arrivée à 16 h elle avait été prévenue à la dernière minute , très gentille , j’avais pris mes clefs à 15 h 45 . J’avais eu la personne qui m avait dit que je pouvais les prendre avant vu qu’ils sont fermés le samedi .J’ai appelé l’agence qui n’a même pas répondu et ne même pas rappelé pendant mon séjour . Normalement je loue avec abritel toujours satisfaite , j’ai été dirigée vers un sous traitant Inter home les clefs ne sont pas remises en main propre mais prise à l’agence par un code dans un box. Et j’ai dû remettre mes clefs dans une boîte aux lettres de l’agence . assiettes certaines ébréchées je l’ai signalé ainsi qu’ un des deux bols du petit déjeuner.les fils du micro ondes et de la cafetière passent juste à côté des plaques électriques dangereux .et non conforme . Sinon la vue est parfaite je connais bien dinard . Pas de parking difficile de trouver une place même avec une carte handicapée il n’y a qu’une place un peu plus loin en haut et deux à la cale j’avoue que je préfère le système d’abritel avec un propriétaire ensuite. La deco était modifiée ne correspond pas pas de coussin et canapé très inconfortable je ne suis pas ravie de la location mais ils jouent sur la vue superbe même si on ne voit pas la belle plage du Prieuré appartement premier étage ascenseur

Die Lage ist super, tolle Aussicht und kurze Wege.
Leider ist die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Schmutzige und zerrissene Gardinen, alles ist abgewetzt und nicht in Stand gehalten, zwei von drei Fenster schließen nicht mehr. Ab und zu sollte ein Eigentümer mal renovieren und fehlende Gegenstände ersetzen. Das ist nicht der FeWo-direkt Standard. Sorry
