Il ne suffit pas dâavoir une belle vue, le mĂ©nage nâavait pas Ă©tĂ© fait lâappartement Ă©tait sale jâai dĂ» faire mon mĂ©nage la personne de mĂ©nage est arrivĂ©e Ă 16 h elle avait Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venue Ă la derniĂšre minute , trĂšs gentille , jâavais pris mes clefs Ă 15 h 45 . Jâavais eu la personne qui m avait dit que je pouvais les prendre avant vu quâils sont fermĂ©s le samedi .Jâai appelĂ© lâagence qui nâa mĂȘme pas rĂ©pondu et ne mĂȘme pas rappelĂ© pendant mon sĂ©jour . Normalement je loue avec abritel toujours satisfaite , jâai Ă©tĂ© dirigĂ©e vers un sous traitant Inter home les clefs ne sont pas remises en main propre mais prise Ă lâagence par un code dans un box. Et jâai dĂ» remettre mes clefs dans une boĂźte aux lettres de lâagence . assiettes certaines Ă©brĂ©chĂ©es je lâai signalĂ© ainsi quâ un des deux bols du petit dĂ©jeuner.les fils du micro ondes et de la cafetiĂšre passent juste Ă cĂŽtĂ© des plaques Ă©lectriques dangereux .et non conforme . Sinon la vue est parfaite je connais bien dinard . Pas de parking difficile de trouver une place mĂȘme avec une carte handicapĂ©e il nây a quâune place un peu plus loin en haut et deux Ă la cale jâavoue que je prĂ©fĂšre le systĂšme dâabritel avec un propriĂ©taire ensuite. La deco Ă©tait modifiĂ©e ne correspond pas pas de coussin et canapĂ© trĂšs inconfortable je ne suis pas ravie de la location mais ils jouent sur la vue superbe mĂȘme si on ne voit pas la belle plage du PrieurĂ© appartement premier Ă©tage ascenseur

Die Lage ist super, tolle Aussicht und kurze Wege.
Leider ist die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Schmutzige und zerrissene Gardinen, alles ist abgewetzt und nicht in Stand gehalten, zwei von drei Fenster schlieĂen nicht mehr. Ab und zu sollte ein EigentĂŒmer mal renovieren und fehlende GegenstĂ€nde ersetzen. Das ist nicht der FeWo-direkt Standard. Sorry
