Peace and privacy 120 m from the sea The two bedroom and two bathroom Villa Maria, with capacity for up to 6 people is situated in Šilo, island Krk, with sea view, on peaceful location,but close to sea, beaches and city center. Villa has two sea orientated teraces in shade. It is surrounded with 800 m2 of private green garden with a built-in barbecue, the parking yard and a garage for your car. It is ideal place for a family, or two smaller families or group of friends. The specialty of Villa Maria is its peaceful location and the opportunity to rest in the privacy of your own home and garden. There is a garage and parking yard for your car. In 1970. built, and in 2017. completely renovated house Villa Maria consists of two floors, first floor and ground floor, with two shaded terraces, completely equipped with table and chairs. On a ground floor terrace, there is a built in fireplace to grill in the garden. Air distance from the sea is 120 m. The space The first floor, 64 m2, consists of a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. From the living room, there is the exit to the balcony terrace with sea view, equipped with table and chairs. On the ground floor, 38 m2, there is another kitchen with living room and bathroom. In front of the ground floor there is a covered terrace, in shade, with barbecue. Guest access Ground floor and first floor are connected by an external staircase. Full object and garden are at guests disposal. In the main season, the facility is booked on a weekly basis, preferably on Sundays - Sundays or Saturdays-Saturdays. In pre-season and post-season, other arrangements are also possible.
