The TV kept losing signal and the remote wouldn’t work. When we went to the front desk, they said that’s just how it is. The elevators were broke the whole time we were there. The coffee was like water. The staff was not very helpful.

Nice clean room, parking area well maintained. Checkin was easy, one room was upgraded because they needed our king room. Was not a problem, traveling couple took it.

The hotel staff and the hotel in general was very nice. My check in experience was terrible. Somewhere between hotels.com and the hotel my reservation was lost and could not be found. I spent over an hour waiting in “the chat” with 2 different hotels.com representatives for resolution to my situation. I did ultimately get a room at the same hotel and my stay was great. I very much miss the days that you could actually talk to a person at hotels.com and not be in limbo wondering if your chat was dropped. Hotels.com did make it right in the end and I didn’t have to change hotels.

Good place once TV cable box is upgraded

Nice comfortable room and bed but TV would not work and when night manager reset it it quit 5 minutes later. Had to finally demand a new room. Excellent bed and breakfast and clean but no working TV drops the rating.
