The room was extremely small; I could hardly move in there. Their taxi service to the airport is a ripoff. Really, it is terribly experience. Do not use their taxi service. The service was superbe; a very well trained personnel. The buffet breakfast : acceptable for the price. The place: clean and location :ok.

Quality of service

The hotel could have been okay but it was very stuffy due to tobacco smoking, though we were told that the hotel is a non-smoking place. The bed was too hard and it felt like there was no mattress at all. Another observation that we made - we did not see any lady guest in the hotel except us during our stay and that made us very uncomfortable and scared. May be that is why it was filled with tobacco smell. Positive observation - the manager was being very helpful and he was calm when he assisted us to resolve out check-in and out problem.

Simple cheap hotel with great breakfast

The hotel is near to a larger supermarket/Shopping Centre with everything you need. Breakfast was really good. I particularly enjoyed the beans and excellent local flat bread. It was a bit difficult to get a cab in the area in the morning and the bathroom was a bit poky, but I'd stay there again.

Just the Price as it is

We stayed during ealry of June, the hotel was re-modeling(re-innovation) at that time, the loby was very noisy due to the repair and the gate was shut-downed. we had to use the back door thru the parking lots. maybe after re-modeling it would be better. i hope so. the standard room was very small, the toliet is also small. The biggest problem is not acceptable sound-proofing. i could hear every sounds from the aisle from my room. it was very annoying me. and the breakfast is so-so. not good, not bad. the surrounding is very like country. over the cross there is one space which is placed KFC and Baskin Robbins and big supermarket and some restaurant. that's all. please don't even think about shopping around this hotel.

This place is scary

This was one of the worst experiences in hotels my husband and I have experienced. It was dark and dreary. It was in a bad part of town. We were given two towels and no water glasses. We went to buy water and they gave us two paper cups. The restaurant was empty, no workers and no staff (only 8:00 pm). We were too tired to complain but I have stayed in cheap hotels and had a better experience!

Hotel room did not include glasses for drinking water in the room. Refused initially on request to provide glasses. Restaurant also refused to lend glasses for overnight. Finally they provided us with some paper glasses when told that we have to take medicine. Also, when we called from the airport to pick us up at the airport they refused. Finally we said that we have it in writing and a lot of persuasion they yielded and sent the hotel shuttle. For the price, the hotel is not worth it. It is close to the airport. Also a continental breakfast would have been nice too have it included. Considering that all the hotel staff is cheap labour imported from the world over the cost could have been much lower.
