There was a construction work so it was a little bit nosy and I ask to change my room so they upgraded me to higher floor and give me bigger sweets. Thanks a lot for Mr Samir.

The hotel is supposed to be for serenity as a spa branch hotel.The toilets doors are very heavy, their weight is very big, and they need good muscles to open! My hand hurts when i open it. How often do you need to go to the bathroom, you'll definitely have this much of pain! The reception is extremely bad in communication. I arrived 5 they let us enter at 6! They didn't find our booking!!

لقد حجزت شقه من غرفتين و كانت الاقامة ممتعه و اثاث الشقه حديث و كانت اطلالة غرفة المعيشه رائعه على الحديقه و لكن اطلالة الغرفه سيئه و كان هناك اعمال صيانه او بناء خدمة الرسبشن بطيئة وكان هناك موظفه واحد فقط و السعر مبالغ به بمقابل بانشطة الفندق و الموقع

Save your money stay somewhere else

If you willing to relax go somewhere else!!!! Its relatively new hotel with worn furniture!!!! Paper thin walls. If you paying to relax and have good time stay away for real, i have complained about the paper thin walls i been placed in a suite but same issue, light sleepers wont be able to sleep at all nor relax, overpriced for the experience from my opinion, never again would be there again
