Nice hotel

Nice hotel on the beach with lovely pool. Our room was frigid and though we complained, they never sent anyone to check it. We slept in our coats. Nice spa-got a great facial there because you couldn’t use the beach/pool because of the rain.

Great location and hotel as it had Trader Vic’s on site and other night life venues close to it. No complaints about the hotel, but there is a nightclub next door (Switch) which the hotel reception inform you (pound music noise but only Base sound they said). Although we were on the 14th floor we were kept awake till 3am due to actual DJ announcements and nightclubers shouting. No sound proofing from club.

Good area to stay. Very clean. Interior is really nice. Staff are friendly. Beach is convenient. Issues: Sauna and steam areas can only be used once at a time by men and female. Which was not clear and ruined me and my wife's plans. men could not enter the spa area until 2.30pm. cold rooms, and it took staff a whole night to get us a heater which left my wife ill.

Amazing New Year’s Eve Vacation at Hilton Doha

Amazing service and super friendly staff in the restaurants, the front desk, the concierge. We were very pleased, and we had a wonderful time at the beach and at Shots Bar for New Year’s Eve. We definitely recommend this hotel since it has excellent service and location.

We arrived at 8am but the staff were very helpful in arranging our room early. An excellent hotel with some excellent facilities. The only negative was the buffet dining, which had good food but was over priced.

Nuts in the fridge

The stay was ok until check out.... the lady stated that i had a can of nuts... but only one can was in the fridge when I checked in. I only had a sprite and coke. Once I stated that I never had, the lady received a picture from housekeeping of the fridge. I repeated that I didnt have nuts. then she let me go. I felt like she thought I was lying. If I can afford tol stay 2 nights, clearly I can pay for whatever is in the fridge.
