I like the fast friendly staff. The room had no towels. The bed sits very low. Dirty cutains. Badly worn bathtub & drawers. Overall this room was not what we expected.

The out of the building looks good! The inside of the hotel needs a lot of renovations So closed to train station and shops The South African man at the reception was rude to me and friend! The manager and other staffs were friendly, and amazing to us

The hotel is well located, however there are odors in the restroom, carpets are so dirty. The hotel needs a huge investment, to remodel everything in. The pictures may impress you, do not let yourselves trapped by them!!!

Excellent staff in the lobby. Room very clean and comfortable Very quiet Breakfast selection a bit sparse for a westerner, tho they can do omelettes, so satisfactory. Located right at Souk Wagif - so very convenient. Hop-on Bus stop #1 just a short walk from the hotel —I could see the DOHABUS kiosk from my room. An excellent spot to launch explorations of the city.

What you see not necessarily what you get

Wasn't given the room I booked but manager blamed that on Hotels.com saying thats what they booked. Room outdated and falling apart. Huge kitchen but no utensils I had to go out and buy plate and spoon. Kettle supplied but no powerpoint for it . Floor uneven from extension. Windows filthy dirty . Vanity would not hold water Chair broken. I was not asked and put on a smoking floor.

The hotel is near of what you need souq waqef,metro station,gold market, etc, The room is spacious, but the mattress left me with a sore back. The AC rattles like an old engine, though thankfully, the window opens to let in fresh air. The bathroom? Don’t expect luxury—no fancy products here, just half-empty shampoo bottles that hint at better days. As for the staff, they’ll make you question who’s really in charge… though the receptionists and the cleaning service are a bright spot—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
