The carpet with spots that had not been fully cleaned, and the shower floor is dangerously slippery with water not drained because the floor marble is not properly tilted .

The rooms were a bit tired but the noise is what you need to know. It’s a flight path!!!! The service at the rooftop restaurant was also horrible! I would never stay there again. I actually checked out early and went to the Saint Regis.

The hotel itself is elegant, well maintained, and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. That said, there is room for improvement, particularly regarding service at the hotel café. On several occasions, the service was noticeably slow, which detracted from the otherwise refined experience. Additionally, I observed children using certain pools and the jacuzzi areas despite clear signage indicating that these facilities were restricted to adults. Better enforcement of these rules would significantly enhance comfort and consistency for guests seeking a more tranquil environment. On a very positive note, the housekeeping team truly stood out. Their service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and consistently efficient. Rooms were impeccably maintained, and the staff demonstrated genuine care and commitment, which greatly enhanced my stay. In summary, Kempinski Doha delivers a high-quality experience, but improvements in café service efficiency and enforcement of pool usage policies would elevate it further. Special recognition is deserved for the housekeeping staff, whose superb service reflects the hotel’s true potential.

Of all the places we’ve stayed in the Middle East this has by far been my favourite. It’s probably more of a personal preference of myself but the only tiny detail which hindered our stay was the pillows in the room, they were far too soft and offered no support. As mentioned, other than this tiny personal detail the rest of the hotel was incredible. Sandy in the lobby was lovely and always smiley and happy to greet us, as was Eric in the valet. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Doha!

informed the Duty Manager and the Guest Relations team about the noise and drilling sounds in my room and requested a room change. They assured me that the issue would not happen again. Unfortunately, the noise continued until the last day of my stay, and my room was never changed. This experience was very disappointing, especially after raising the concern early and being promised a solution.

This property is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location in the pearl. The staff is absolutely 100% exceptional KOUSHAL the concierge is the best if he can make it happen he will. Ask him where the best sunsets are. Ray in the cigar lounge made the best old-fashioned we've ever had. Watch out the cigar lounge looks closed all the time, but it's just because of the smoky doors. Every person in this hotel made us feel welcome and the breakfast was exceptional. The chefs were wonderful. The servers were wonderful. The international vibe is just incredible. Can't wait to come back.Lytha and her crew rock!

I paid a premium price expecting a private beach. Whilst that was the case. Just across the beach was a construction site. With several cranes and heavy drilling and banging throughout the day. Ruined the experience and I had to attempt the noise out using headphones but even that wasn't working. Very upset indeed. Furthermore I paid for a hotel with spa access. I got a pool which was simply too cold to swim in and a sauna which was out of order. Again not what I paid a premium for. All in all ruined the whole experience.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything was brilliant overall. The breakfast was good, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff made the experience even better — they were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Elizabeth at the entrance and Noura in the dining area, as well as the other team members whose names I unfortunately can’t recall. We’ve been very happy with our stay here and would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable experience.
